Really disappointed by their exchange/refund policy. I purchased two bathing suits as part of a Black Friday sale November 2024. The fits for both bikini tops and bottoms were way too tight and not flattering on my curvy shape, and so I emailed their customer service about returning and I was told "After reviewing your order, we noticed that all your items have a 50% discount. Therefore, they are not eligible for exchange or refund." This was in no way made clear on the website page when scrolling through and clicking on items, on the order confirmation page, or in the email confirmation I received. I think these are very strict terms that are very well hidden on the website. So, learn from my mistake and please review oneone's refund/exchange policies before purchasing!!

I ordered two swimsuits on Dec. 2, and 3 days later I received a notice that the shipping label was printed. It has been 5 more days and the package has not been shipped. I have attempted to reach out to support 4 times by email and 6 times by phone, in addition to contacting them on their listed WhatsApp chat line. I have not been able to reach anyone. My trip that I ordered the suits for starts in 2 days and I think at this point I have to initiate a chargeback on my credit card.

I cannot imagine that all the positive reviews shown here are not spam. I checked them before ordering and proceeded based on the number of positive experiences listed. Now I know that was a mistake. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

The swimsuits are the perfect Fit for any type of body. The fabric has the best quality and the colors stay the same through time. I just love them !

I bought a swimsuit for 50%. The return policy said they accept returns within 30 days... except if you scroll to the very bottom there is tiny print about not accepting sale items. At this point, the entire website is on sale. I tried to contact their customer service. The number doesn't work and the email is run by someone in South America who does not give a F***. This company is shady, boreline scammy. The swimwear is way overpriced. I'd say it's only worth 25% of the MSRP.

I returned items over 4 months ago, totaling $513.25 and have yet to receive a refund. I’ve contacted them several time over the last for months only to have them say that they are behind and I should expect my refund soon. I’m now out $500+. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I love the bikinis from ONEONE! They are constantly releasing new designs which is nice for someone who is constantly at the beach living in swimwear. They fit great and run true to size. The material is fantastic and lasts. Whether you just want to look cute at a pool party, you’re scuba diving, or just playing hard at the beach with the kiddos these suits hold up and look cute in all scenarios!

I’m obsessed with their bikinis! They are so cute and they fit SO well. I have purchased from their website a few times and they have great customer service. I highly recommend ☺️

Best bikinis alive. Have never looked better!!!! All of my friends have purchased after seeing. I had an issue with a suit, just a freak one time random rip and the company took care of it right away and sent me a new one which made me love them even more!!

Never received my refund for a return. It has been over 3 months since the item has been returned and received.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered two swimsuits over the summer and needed to return one ($75+). I requested a refund in JULY and still have not received it and it is now October 28. I have emailed 4 times and they continue to give me the run around. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Returned my order 3 months ago and they still haven’t processed my refund and customer service is useless.

TOTAL SCAM- Be careful!

I purchased 2 bikinis in July and returned them both within a few days after receiving them. It's now October 18th and I still haven't gotten a single dime back. They owe me over $200. The support has been promising me 3 times that I'll get my refund within "14 days" or "just another 7 days". Guess what, you're nothing but big fat liars.

I received my order in time but since it was my first order and I was trying to figure it out sizes, I wanted to exchange it.
I tried contacting them many times, in different ways. I was never able to talk to them. According to the policy, returns and exchanges are welcomed. Bad customer service. Will never buy again.

I wish I read more reviews before purchasing. This company is a SCAM. The quality of the bikinis is appalling. I ordered two bikinis and only one arrived. The package was sealed and it was also missing a slip. When I reached out the company asking where the other bikini was, they insisted that FedEx must have tampered with the package…. It was sealed. So no, that wasn’t the case. Also why is your packing slip missing?
It’s been over a month since I sent back the one bikini and I’ve received 4 automated emails from them saying “we’re backed up, wait another month”. Disappointed and awful customer service. They also never answer the phone provided on their “contact us” tab. Do not buy from here.
I wish I had read all the real reviews on how much a fraud they are as a company. No refunds after returns. Terrible communication.

This company is absolute TRASH. I have never experienced the incompetence and absolute lack of customer service as I have with OneOne. I ordered in JULY, returned my package within a week of receiving it, and I STILL do not have a refund. I have the confirmation/tracking that it was delivered back to the company. They claim they have a "30 day" turnaround, but this is apparently thirty days from each interaction with them???
