While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Suboptimal for small teams

I used this service for a very long time as it's free to manage translations and their paid services are reasonable.

However, it's pain to manage contributors. It's clearly not designed for projects with volunteer translators. It's also pain to keep uploading/downloading XML files.

There is no advanced review process nor the QA processes. As a single person responsible for translations and development, I wasn't able to keep track of recent changes to translations and it was pain to identify and eliminate harmful ones.

As the service is free, it seems that they don't care about anything else than just selling paid services.

I recently switch to Localazy which solves the problems described above.

Applied for a customer service position at this company. Got a polite email asking me to answer 5 questions based on their site, help section and personal knowledge. Spent a few hours doing my best and replied with a thorough email. Followed up a week later and haven't heard anything since.

Can't speak for the product but if this is how they treat potential employees you can be sure their customer service is not up to scratch either.
