The following experience happened at the location in Gilbert, AZ at the 202 and Higley.
I use a product called Blackout for sleep that is sold here. I had bought lots of times over the past year or so. I bought 2 the week of 9/29/25. We opened it up the 2nd one on 10/29/25 and it tasted off. We looked at the bottom of the jar for expiration date and found that it had expired in August of 2025. On 10/30/25 I drove the jar down there and asked for a replacement. The employee stated that they don't accept opened product back. (as if they'd put an expired product back on the shelf!)
I argued a little with him since this was ridiculous, but he wouldn't budge. I told him I'd be writing bad reviews and he said that he didn't care because he's not the owner.
I thought everyone should know that this is a business that doesn't do the right thing.
