I brought a rose from here, and they look nothing like how they are on the pictures, the pictures are very very misleading. But the glass was nice. Next time I’ll get it somewhere else.

Don’t waste your time
Very bad experience. Paid £14.99 for next day delivery as it was surprise gift for my friend exact on her birthday which was on working day Friday. However, did not bothered to reply my emails as i was asking for refund. Paid £174 and still do not care about customer service. If they could not do next day delivery, why do they even have option for it?? This is so annoying... still haven’t heard from them...

Great product however delivery was paid for within 3-6 days. Goods turned up 8 days after the order, in itself not a major problem, however I had no response from either my email chasing or via their chat system on the website.
