This company is using a fake address- There is no UNIT 10A Silver Hill, HP8 4PS, Chalfont St Giles. Operating car sales by meeting a potential customer on the corner of School Lane and Silver Hill is the sign of a scam. Beware customers!

Bought a Audi q7 and was in contact with Jay I have had nothing but problems with this car I contacted him about the problems and he say oh I call you back and tried to call him multiple times and he ignored my number I have had family members contact him to talk about the next steps and he say I will let you know and get back to you he never gets back to them and they tried to call him again guess what no answers they offered to pay for parts to do on the car but they don’t wanna answer to anyone I’m a single mother with 4 children with Sen and there’s people have coursed me nothing but stress and anxiety sleepless nights over this car still has the same problem now as what it had before and they don’t want to do nothing about it and ignore people !

bought a BMW 3 series from this place, with major engine oil leak, and shock absorbers are completely gone making this vehicle extremely dangerous to drive, contacted them, and they were extremely abusive, calling me a abusive names, being completely racist and abusive, stay away from this place at all cost, legal action is the only way you will have a chance to get money back. this company is a complete scam they need to be shut down!!! i have text messages as well from them cursing me, i was threatened to be hurt as well, they think they can just intimidate people, but they are not scaring anyone!

Bought a car from them with delivery , they stated the car is good condition and with fresh MoT without advaisories. But after few weeks low coolant sign came up, when checked, there’s coolant leaks everywhere, suspension ball joints are worn and no brake pads left. They did fraudulent MoT and now not responding messages and blocked my nummber. I will have to go with citizen advice and trading standards to solve the issue.

Just checked about a car to part exchange and I’ve been threatened that he knows my address and it will do something online to my car to show that is got finance on and the miles have been clocked.I can prove all that from my WhatsApp conversations.More threads after the review that he will hurt my wife and daughter,police have been informed.

Wouldn’t even give it a 1 to be honest bought a car off them , they promised I would get 6 months warranty, when you call them after deal they ignore , block number and don’t reply to emails after having issues with the car, then I sent a email asking for warranty and couldn’t even prove that! Stay clear from them!!!!

They enquired about a car of my friend and made him hold it and decline other offers and in the end they said they didn’t want the car was extremely rude about it and had no respect whatsoever, then had the audacity to threaten and say remove the bad reviews or this and that and made some bold claims extremely bad experience and don’t ever consider purchasing anything from these rude people

This company is currently advertising a LHD ML 350 imported from USA for £15,990, reg is DU63NDZ with 75,000 "WARRANTED" miles. The miles on the car are not true when checked on the US database with the VIN the car actually has 138,652 miles. When I raised the issue with them and asked them to amend the advert accordingly and that I could still be interested in it if correctly advertised, I was told to go F__K myself. It remains to be seen if they will correct the miles or take down the advert. The 1 star review is for their attitude which is actually via text messages to me.

Really impressed with Yasar at OVS. I paid the deposit and the car arrived all the way up North the next day. Great communication from the delivery driver too. The car was exactly as described and even came with a full tank of fuel. Yasar was helpful in the buying process too and didn’t pressure for a sale. Nicely done, highly recommended.

I purchased an Audi A6 (OV15BYK) from Online Vehicle Solutions (OVS) on 3 September 2025 for £9200. The experience was appalling. OVS failed to provide a purchase receipt, delivered a car with an out-of-date V5C (still in the previous owner’s name), and did not notify DVLA despite promising to “run the V5C through online.” An inspection revealed faults, making the car unfit for purpose, breaching the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
OVS failed to collect the car on 11 September 2025 as agreed. They ignored calls and messages for days on end, then sent rude, dismissive WhatsApp messages, including “stop talking rubbish,” “We not collecting the car. Best of luck,” and “Goodbye” on 12 September 2025. They missed their promised 5pm deadline (12 September) to confirm collection and refund (£9200, delivery/return costs, £100 fuel for inspection). Their conduct suggests misleading practices, potentially fraud.
I’ve reported this to North Yorkshire Trading Standards (case 3192159) and Action Fraud, sent a Letter Before Action demanding compliance by 19 September 2025, and am pursuing legal action. Avoid OVS at all costs—unprofessional and untrustworthy.

OVS bid for and won my Porsche on eBay. We were expecting a call or message from them after the auction ended, 24 hrs later we hadn’t heard anything so decided to call them. We spoke to a guy who said that I needed to speak to his purchaser, Adam, and that he would get Adam to call me back, no call back. I called them back and was told Adam was just about to call me. I then immediately got a message on eBay messenger telling me I should ring Umar about the car and Umar’s mobile number. Yes, like an idiot I called Umar…….. guess what ? Umar wasn’t Umar he was just a random bloke with poor english who knew nothing about buying a Porsche, Umar or Online Vehicle Solutions. OVS then wouldn’t answer any of the half dozen or so calls I made to them.
No surprises on reading their reviews, lots of glittering one liners to counter the lengthy detailed terrible ones. Based on my experience, I would say go elsewhere to buy you or sell your car. Despite their nice looking website and smart cars they’re hooky.

After initial good comms which tried to push me to order online and let them deliver, I arranged to view the car at their premises. I was told the car was at a second site 10 mins away from their main site, but I was not sent the address despite asking. I arrived on time at their main address as detailed on Auto Trader but there was no sign of any OVS property or site. I attempted to contact them via phone, WhatApp and their online portal but were ghosted. Eventually got someone to answer the phone by using a different mobile phone number (indicating they were blocking / ignoring my number). Was told by someone they would phone back - they never did. Using a third phone I got to speak again and they cut me off. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. I think I dodged a bullet and I hope this review helps whoever reads this to dodge their own bullet! AVOID AT ALL COSTS !

Message sent enquiring about a vehicle through Autotrader which was ignored. Called 4 days later and asked for service history details which Jay said he would send via WhatsApp within 10 minutes. 3 days later still waiting. Was going to give them a third chance until I read lots of recent negative feedback. I won’t be using them ever.
I can’t comment on the threats made to at least one of their other customers but if that isn’t enough never to buy from them, I don’t know what is.
As for being in the business of selling cars, you truly have no clue but the business or customer service and I will predict you will not exist in a matter of a year or two.
In addition, most of their positive reviews are from people who have only submitted a single review. Highly suspicious!

Enquired about a car with them today, salesman seemed genuine and helpful. Was offered on WhatsApp to have the car price dropped and delivered, all confirmed to accept deal on WhatsApp and awaited details to be sent through email. Never came as was end of day and expected it would be tomorrow but then decided to run some checks on them and found they’re a massive con so decided to WhatsApp them back and say the deal is off to then have them text me calling me a “Wiesel” and that “the deal was off anyway because delivery was too far”.

Bullet dodged.

Bought a Range Rover from this company for my wife’s birthday on 7/03/25 and had nothing but trouble first the wheel was cracked got that fixed £60 then next day could smell something sweet like coolant (radiator leaking)£1150 noticed (water pump )had a slight weep so changed that at same time. (£150) whilst it was getting the work done I got the oil changed because they faked the service history using someone’s company logo. (Naughty) used the car for the next couple of weeks then checked the oil to find the car was using oil. So car went back into garage for diagnostic tests and they found that the secondary turbo is leaking oil through the seal so getting that done. (£2850) they just tell me to fk of and if I keep ringing he will send the boys down. Lol. DO NOT BUY OF THIS COMPANY. The car supposed to come with 3 months warranty. On engine and gearbox. These are con men.
