After no luck attempting to contact…
After no luck attempting to contact Aviva Zero I tried to contact Aviva. Everything was automatized with no option to speak to a person. Al got was "I don't understand that answer" which kept repeating. God help anyone making a claim

Haywire Car Insurance Quotes
Beware, quotes change. Got quote via MoneySuperMarket. Set filter for Comprehensive but when I then toggled to Aviva website there was a £12 charge to upgrade from Third Party F&T to Comprehensive. I called Aviva but they will not discuss quotes from price comparison websites. Emailed MSM but they say all their information comes from providers. So there's no-one to talk to about an error. To compound the problem, despite saving quote, when I looked again next day the quote had increased by an extra £69 (+24%). Again, I can't talk to them. What a poor show from one of the flagship insurance providers - their saved quotes vary (and increase enormously) and they won't support business when sourced from price comparison websites (MSM, GoCompare, CompareTheMarket). Needless to say I bought elsewhere as the prices became ridiculous and I don't like such attitude.
