My experience with Online business school has been great. Staff are very friendly and always willing to help. I studied both my Level four and five in health and social care with online business school and worked through it in my own time. I couldn’t be more thankful for online business school giving me the help that I need to achieve both of my qualifications.

My name is Abdulwahab KADI l, I have started my course in April 2023. My diploma was "Qualifi Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership".
Honestly, I didn't expect to succeed and I have paused the course at the beginning as I was panicked as this was my FIRST online learning experience.

The team were very helpful, attendive, paying attention to my quires (they were a lot actually) and the tried their best to calm me down and helped me to organize my time (as I'm working 9 hours a day).

Moreover, I have negotiated my payment plan with them and they were fixable in this matter too.

I thank them from the bottom of my heart.

Special thanks to Ms. Esther Kamanda as she was the one who was following up with me the most.

I'm really glad I chose Online Business School. The people there are super helpful and friendly. They guide you through everything and answer questions quickly. Great experience, support and understanding throughout the journey, a lot of information at your disposal. When I started the course I was a mom of one little boy and finished the course as a mom of 2 😉, you get a lot of time to finish the course of course depending on what you choose, I had 5 years which were more than enough for me to get my diploma. The best part is that you can complete the course at your own speed, in one year or in less or in all 5 that are at your disposal. I’m thankful and would recommend Online Business School.

Generally a good overall experience. Once assignments were submitted they were fedback quick with a detailed explanation of the grading.

I recently completed my Level 4 and Level 5 qualifications in Information Technology with the Online Business School, and my experience was excellent.
Initially, it took me a bit of time to understand the assignment submission system, but once I got the hang of it, everything went smoothly.

From day 1 they were there at the click of a button if I had any questions. I changed courses when I realised they provided a course more suited to my requirements and that was no hassle at all. Tutor and student support were always there to guide and assist if and when needed. Learning was made much easier by the professionalism of everyone involved. Will be the first place i look when i decide what course to do next.

Nothing but positive things to say about my learning experience. The materials provided were adequate and the feedback I received on certain modules was succinct and easy to follow. Would recommend!
