I liked the ux and the flow, but the designs could be improved. Most of them have lots of blank/empty spaces that could be optimised for the resume to be shorter in lenght.

I’m still waiting for my refund and unfortunately seems like deducting is easier but refund they don’t want to do. I’ve been waiting almost getting 10 days but now giving anxiety and not happy at all.

Fraud! Subscription trap! Be very careful!
To download your Resume (as a PDF), you must make a one-time payment of €1.95 (It is Advertised as 3 days Full Access). That's just the tip of the iceberg.
You will not be informed that you just signed up for a €35 per month subscription. It is very well hidden, and the cancellation option is not immediately obvious.
Even in the "Account Settings" page, this information is very well hidden under "Manage my account".
Update 30.12
I cancelled the Payment plan / Subscription.
Even the cancel process is misleading. Make sure that you scroll to the bottom of the page to find the hidden cancel button. You'll have to confirm your cancellation at least 3 or 4 times.
Check that it shows you again as "Free User" and that you received a confirmation email.

35 euros for a portfolio - seriously?
I made the mistake of choosing this website for creating my digital portfolio. Before downloading it, I was told to pay 2 euros in order to access my portfolio. After 3 days, they automatically charged 35 euros from my credit card without any notice. This is absolutely outrageous. They didn't mention anything about this price or the fact that after 3 days I will be charged for my subscription. I WASN'T EVEN TOLD THAT I WAS BINDING MYSELF TO A SUBSCRIPTION. It is a very interesting approach: charging money without any warning and easily converting 2 euros into 35. I want to refund my money, but I don't know if this even makes sense to them. The worst thing is, they cancelled my subscription after I tried to contact them about the refund, even though I haven't requested it yet.
