Absolutely shocking customer service…
Absolutely shocking customer service from OnlineMeds.
They’re happy enough to take your money instantly, but when there’s an issue, communication is awful and nobody seems interested in actually helping. Responses were rude, unhelpful, and felt completely copy-and-pasted rather than dealing with the situation properly.
Very disappointing experience from start to finish and I will never use this company again. I would strongly advise others to avoid at all costs.

As a regulated online pharmacy, patient safety must always remain our priority. In some cases, our clinical team may determine that a requested treatment or dosage is not appropriate to supply safely, and where this happens the order must be cancelled and refunded in line with our prescribing procedures.
Regarding the refund, this was processed from our side as quickly as possible after the cancellation. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it can sometimes take a few working days for the funds to appear back in your account.
We're sorry this experience was frustrating, and we appreciate your patience while the refund was being processed.
