I would like to say a huge thanks to the Online Mortgage Advisor, who offered a professional service with a personal approach. Richard was a highly experienced and skilled mortgage advisor who helped secure 100% ownership when staircasing from a housing association. If I needed any questions answering Richard was quick to respond to text messages. I would especially recommend for first time buyers, Richard was always willing to help explain everything along the way.

My fience and I needed to sort out some Home Insurance, it was our 1st time buying a home. Donna Ambler could not be more helpful, pleasant and easy to talk too, she made us feel very comfortable and went through everything in detail. Luke Naylor was a great Mortgage Advisor and really helped with anything we didn't know, which was a lot, and offered his time anytime. Chloe helped us getting the mortgage approved, with quite a few set backs on our end, she still made us feel great and helped us push it through. Perfect and thank you all.

I had a super experience with this company and Shaun directed me towards a wonderful advisor called Jean Pierre. He was patient, listened and approached the whole process with a proactive attitude and good humour. He had a wealth of knowledge and offered invaluable advice on starting the whole mortgage process through my circumstances! Super!

I contacted OMA via their contact form. I had a call from Shaun, who took my details and confirmed with me, the mortgage service I was looking for. I was then passed to David, who was ‘an expert’ in the type of mortgage I was looking for. He was going to call my brother, but hasn’t. He sent an email requesting information, which I replied to, but I’ve heard nothing for 4 days, not even an acknowledgement of my email. I sincerely hope nothing bad has happened to the gentleman, but I can only express what my experience has been so far, as a review was requested today by OMA.

I contacted OMA as I am going through a divorce and needed to get a mortgage on my own after 24 years. I also had some debts so it would be difficult to get an off the shelf mortgage at my age. And we had solicitors involved to transfer the deeds of the house and settle an equity release payment to my ex, so the whole process was very complicated.

David Farrell picked up my request, and was very helpful throughout, finding me the best mortgage for my situation at a good rate that was affordable. He also advised on the process and put me in touch with conveyancers. He kept in touch and put my mind at rest during a very difficult time. I would definitely recommend David Farrell and the OMA team, especially if you have difficult circumstances. Overall I have been very satisfied with services received.

Superb, superb, superb. Sheridan and Jenna have been incredible and have supported us every step of the way. When we had issues with the solicitor, the way they (and Steve Emblem) stepped in was above and beyond - service of a quality we have rarely experienced. They honestly could not have done more for us. I would not consider going to another company for our subsequent remortgages. We really felt they invested in us like we were their top priority. So friendly, so efficient. We cannot thank them enough.
