I have used the Online Reptile Shop since first getting my bearded dragon. Both before I got him and in the first days and weeks, I had lots of questions. OLS were always happy to help and gave me great advice with no ulterior motive, even advising me against buying something at one point. For this reason, as well as the competitive prices, I go back time and time again. Highly recommended.

We bought 2 items and one unfortunately had been missed off the order, I emailed and had a response very very quickly with the option of a refund or a replacement. The delivery was super duper quick and all communication was responded to quickly and efficiently, I would most definitely rec commend

I fell across The Online Reptile Shop by pure chance, when searching for price differences for Adult European Tortoise soft pellets.
Not only are their products cheaper than my usual choice of store, there is also a vast range of unique accessories.
I will look no further when ordering products for my Tortoise in future.

Ordered some frozen feed for my seahorses, best service ever, packed fantastically with dry ice. Arrived before 12 next day in perfect condition and still completely frozen.
ORS have the best prices and give the best service I've found, will defy be my supplier of choice from now on.

When I received my order it was damaged (couriers fault not ORS's), but thanks to quick communication the issue was resolved and replacement sent quickly - will be shopping here again! =-)

I have order a couple of items from Online Reptile Shop now and will certainly be doing all of my reptile shopping there now!
All my orders have been delivered pretty much the next day and even when I had a small issue the guys went out of there way to help me out in turn getting me the product I needed.

First time buying from Online Reptile Shop & will definitely be returning. Had a bit of trouble with couriers loosing & breaking 3 strip bulbs in a row but O.R.S were in constant communication the whole time and went well above & beyond to get the matter resolved. Many thanks for that!

Other than that, the items I bought were exactly as described, in pristine condition, well packaged, competitively priced and promptly delivered.

They accidentally sent me a pre pack instead of a super pack but after one email i received the right thing. Must say excellent service have been with then for a while now

Have used this store an few times now and as I need to get items to me pretty quick as I need them for my business they always do their best to get them to me within a day or so. I have used a few other online reptile shops but these guys are the best !!

I found the Online Reptile Shop after noticing it sold the same items that I was getting on eBay for cheaper. I emailed asking for some advice with regards to the temperatures in our Bearded Dragon vivarium and they gave prompt, detailed and knowledgeable replies (better than we got from our local reptile specialist shop); concerned more for the welfare of our pet than in making a quick and easy sale.

Items I purchased were sent first class and arrived within 48 hours of ordering. I'd thoroughly recommend the Online Reptile Shop, better than anything I've found on eBay or in local shops.
