Absolute crap. Do not buy. Total scam. No return .

Fake Bombas socks. Email has been taken down. I am sure to try their BS elsewhere. Reporting them to US Product Safety Commission cpsc.gov. This will include the freight forwarder working in New Jersey.

This is a scam operation. I ordered and received a notice that my Bombas socks package was ready for USPS pick up in Chicago-then nothing for weeks. I reached out and received a somewhat incomprehensible emails (part English part Chinese) to my request for refund. The package then showed up with fake Bombas merchandise. I asked to return for a refund and was told I needed to ship the merchandise to China at my own expense. I typically am a very cautious buyer. I did not realize I was not on the Bombas website until I got the purchase verification. Had I know the organization I would have looked at the reviews before purchasing. Please do not purchase from this company.

Received email for co formation of order but when I open the email, it is blank. Cannot reach anyone to confirm order. Then received email that order had shipped (this info is in subject line with partial tracking number but not sure of which delivery company) but again email is blank. Not sure if I will actually receive anything.

My order has never been received and they are not responding to emails! I will chalk this up to a scam and they need my money more than I did! DON’T ORDER FROM THEM

Rip offs, do not buy shoes from onlineshoes.com they just steal your money! Do not reply to emails.

Ordered shoes and they did nothing for 3 days. No tracking or anything. I tried contacting support and they said their systems updated and all packages are delayed. They gave me no time frame on when my order would be shipped and they would not allow a cancel. Avoid this website. They are horrible.

Boots were as advertised and were delivered fast. Also, no fraudulent charges on the credit card. The company may be trying to turn their reputation around. Keep it up OnlineShoes.com

If I could leave a zero I would but clearly 1 is the lowest. Unlike some I did actually get my shoes 3 months later. They look nothing like what I ordered. They were supposed to be hey dudes. The 5 dollar pair they sent are sooo u comfortable walking barefoot would be nicer. I would never recommend them and they need to be off ALL social media bc they are a fake company and do not come through with what you ordered

I received my ordered shoes but was not told there was any shipping until I confirmed payment, and they charged me a non-refundable $15 for express shipping with no mention of express shipping prior to approving payment. I am returning these and will never do business with them again. And, for some reason, it will cost me $27 even when returning the shoes.

Ordered boots on 19th September and paid £89 99..response was they had my order. NO boots arrived and I have e mailed them.No response. I have now read reviews and all a bit late .I have been scammed.

100% a scam. No confirmation of purchase and definitely won’t be getting your money back if bought from them. They say 10-20 days of waiting for it to be shipped. You WONT receive it. Definitely sad that I won’t get my money back.

I tried to find something confirming my order have found nothing. Wrote them no response. I am fairly certain that my experience will be similar to others, who sent money and received nothing. I am hoping that the package will arrive, but am not holding my breath after reading all the reviews. I wonder if there is any place to report them.

I order shoes from this company never received a response from them. I emailed them multiple times never got a response from them. they are scammers. I do not recommend anybody to purchase anything from them.

This company is completely immoral. I ordered sandles. They were NOT what they said they were. I emailed for a refund and got the run around for 6 weeks but I did not let up. Finally Im told I can send them to China (pay the shipping) and then they will decide if I get a refund !!!!

This is a scam!! They took my $58, never sent the shoes I ordered and did not respond to my emails.

OUR STUDY PLAN ON LINE SHOES TOOK MY MONEY AND NEVER SENT ME THE SHOES I SENT EMAIL AFTER EMAIL AND THEY NEVER RESPONED I CALLED THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND THEY CONTACTED THE STORE AND THEY TOLD THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY THAT THEY SENT ME THE SHOES I DID NOT 58 DOLLARS I AM OUT BEWARE BUY FROM SOMEONE YOU KNOW IS A GOOD COMPANY

This is a scam website.They steal your money.I bought a pair of asic shoes for $80 and they sent me a pair of 50c socks.Could not get any response or monies back.STAY AWAY!
