I just was informed that my 3 cards (which I paid with credit card months ago) for the U2 concert are not available anymore because of a mistake in their system.
So they are selling tickets which they do not have.

I find the service you offer poor in that you write to me in dutch and have not told me when I will= receive my tickets.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
My partner mistakenly clicked on this site thinking it was the Ziggo Dome and went through the ticket purchase process. He paid 89 euros each for two tickets. When they arrived in the mail, they were photo copies and the face ticket price was 50 euros. The tickets were accompanied by a letter which stated that they are a reseller of tickets and that the price is higher dependent upon the popularity of the event. My partners argument was that he didn't see this explanation on the site when he purchased the tickets. Small print! Upon receiving the tickets we went to the Ziggo Dome site and checked the availability and pricing and there in fact were seats left at 50 euros. 39 euro profit on each ticket? I'm all for free enterprise but predatory enterprise is not right! How is this company still in business when there are complaints as far back as 2007? Amazing! Lesson to be learned: Do your research before purchasing ANYTHING on the net!!!!!
