how about one word FANTASTIC........
had to order two items from only-cricket.com and I hate ordering on line but the staff at only- cricket was fantastic and so friendly and I was really happy with them. I will be using them again. the items arrived well packed and a speedy delivery. trust me there a great on line company to use and are so friendly, im really happy with them...... thank you so much to all the staff at only-cricket :)))))))))

Absolute Joke of a Company, order never arrived, customer support never responded to me when they said they would !!!!!
I ordered 2 medicine balls from them at the cost of £128.97 which never arrived. I contacted their support team twice informing them of this . Got the below response and then nothing . I feel cheated and robbed .

That’s absolutely fine, and of course I agree, I wouldn’t like to be out of pocket for something I have not received. First stage is to track the parcel and speak with our courier which is likely to be Monday now. Then we’ll have a better idea of the position and can take it from there but I assure you we will get this sorted for you
