Extremely poor after-sale support
Can't fault them for in-shop sales experience: enthusiastic staff, knowledgeable, amiable, they let us try the guns before buying. However, the following day the gun developed a fault. When this was brought in the shop they were unable to diagnose it in order to establish if it's a warranty issue or user abuse. They sent it elsewhere and it took them the better part of a month to find out, fix it and let me know. When I tried to chase them I was referred to Facebook... When the gun arrived in shop repaired under warranty I was not able to get a refund. The shop floor staff were unable to do anything other than simply give me my fixed gun back, gun which I did not want any longer as I wanted something more reliable elsewhere as I had enough waiting. Eventually after persuading them to get in touch with a manager managed to get an exchange but at a much higher price than elsewhere. I wrote a complaint email to them but this was utterly ignored. Terrible experience overall. Will never buy again from them.
