Multiple buyers, including my family, have reported receiving completely wrong items (small household items) instead of the furniture they ordered, such as beds and mattresses.

Anyone considering ordering should be extremely cautious.

The tracking number with Evri did not match the item. This appears to be a deliberate and intentional scam. It’s silly to think that a normal parcel shop can accept a item that big sized is stupid to begin with.

I am still waiting for my refund (since August 2023). They said it was refunded but where?????
They don't want to provide me any evidence of the transaction. Now they don't respond to my emails.

I warn everyone to stay clear is this scammers. I bought a set of Quebec dining set from this guys and after going back and forth for months they send me the wrong package when I pointed this out it took them another few months to send my order leaving me with expenses of disposing the unwanted product. On opening the Quebec dining table, it came with a damage. I contacted these guys since August/September last year 2023 with pictures and they promised to replace the table. Up until today 13/03/2024 they don’t reply my mails, nor accept their calls. I feel like I have been scammed and lost my money. I’m writing this in detail to warn any future furniture shoppers to stay clear of this dishonest set of people. They are terrible 😢

STAY WELL CLEAR of this company. I ordered a wardrobe, received confirmation email, I expected order within a few days. After 2 weeks I emailed, received a reply that orders typically take 2-3 weeks. Waited but nothing. Tried calling just went to voicemail. Emailed again stating I would cancel the order then received an email from them cancelling my order, telling me I had been refunded together with a refund authorising code. No refund received, called my credit card company, they told me the authorisation code was rubbish and meant nothing. Thankfully I got my refund through section 75 consumer credit act.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Scam unreliable company!
Ordered and paid for an oak chest of draws in January which they failed to deliver.
They also failed to respond to emails.
I fortunately paid through Amazon Pay who stepped in and refunded my money.

Just like everyone else they take your money and nothing to show for it we got our money back through the bank we were lucky had to give them a 1 star as there was no option for 0 DON’T BE TAKEN IN BY THERE WEBSITE

Ordered wardrobes using Klarna end of October, after 4 weeks, no sign of delivery and cancelled, and bought from Wayfair and delivered in 4 days
Although told by Onlyfurniture they had refunded money to Klarna, Klarna said they hadn't and continued taking other 2 payments from my bank account, Onlyfurniture now stopped trading, not that I would of used them again and I've ended paying for 2 lots of wardrobes and got 1
Whole thing as been a nightmare and had no help at all off Klarna, although I'm sure they must be held partly responsible as I was directed to Only furniture through there app

I ordered some bedroom furniture and was given a 3-4 week delivery date.

Attempted to make contact with the supplier to no avail. No responses via email or telephone.
Please avoid this retailer, dishonest is an understatement. Avoid at all costs

Money robber, avoid at all cost!

I placed an order on website in Sep 2023 for a bed and then got informed that I need to wait for several weeks via email. 3 weeks later, nothing happened, chased several time via email (phone never got picked up) and no response. I then asked for cancellation in Octover and there was an email confirmation regarding cancellation and refund. However, no money has ever been transferred back to my account and I have been chasing with countless emails and evidence of my bank record, order confirmaiton extra. The comany went silient and stopped responding. How can a company just take people's money and gave fake promise on refund?!

They take your money with thanks then don't send goods. Do not reply to calls and emails. They are scammers. Use at your peril and don't expect Clearpay to help either the are useless. Reported to Action Fraud.

I have spent 4 hours trying to get my refund I paid with Amazon pay they are refusing to refund me. I will now have to go through my bank charge back.
If you go through this list of people only furniture have stolen thousands of pounds.
It's been going on September last year.
The business is now closed.
Thieving scum I hope they go to prison.

I agree with all other recent reviews! Thieves! Taken money and goods never received. Told a refund had been made 4th December but has never reached our bank account! AVOID

This is a fake company take money and don't send items

I've ordered from them and not received no refund and no response back. Can anyone let me know how they solved this I've been waiting 4 weeks for my order

Ordered a wardrobe, no wardrobe and still no refund nor contact to trace my order as no order number unfortunately

Placed an order for bunk beds at the end of September. Had an initial email to state that it would be a 2-3 week wait. That time came and went with little update from the company. I had to email for updates and each time was thanked for my patience and assured it was a little delayed but I would still be getting the bed.
After 6 weeks emails stopped. Rang and spoke with someone called Ash who assured me delivery would be the following week. Called countless times since and never gets picked up.
Payment was made in full with the initial order. This company is an utter scam and should be ashamed of themselves.
Any recent 5 star reviews on here are blatantly from them. Please don’t fall into the same trap as our family did. AVOID!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Placed an order and paid in November. They cancelled the order on 4 December still waiting for a refund. They do not answer the phone or emails and monies still owing. A Scam company

Unfortunately all the reviews seem true. We ordered a sofa bed for £360 waited 3 weeks with no communication, kept casing then got an email saying order cancelled. No refund ever came (6weeks later) I opened a credit card charge back. Seems to be a massive scam avoid at all
