Bag was ripped open

Good selection, slow delivery
The selection was great, and they had several choices for what I needed. And the item was exactly right when it arrived.
However. I ordered on a Thursday evening and paid for 2-day priority shipping, and the item arrived the following WEDNESDAY! Since I needed it for Wednesday evening, it was a nail-biter waiting for it to arrive. Even given that it would have shipped on Friday, and accounting for the weekend -- I got 5 day shipping.
