I’ve been a tenant for 8 months we have a pigeon infestation when I moved in they have yet to fix or address, many maintenance work orders ignored, bird feces outside my door I pay 2300 a month to live in a infested unit in Scottsdale and nothing has been done. They care only about landlord not the tenants be ware, you have been warned.

Forestor in On Q Property Management is extremely helpful on setting of the onboarding process of my property. He was clear to explain things and quick to help in any matter that came across.
