I never received my retractable vampire teeth even the tracking company says still en route over a month after i ordered them and when i email them about it i got rude responses and am i sure i didnt receive them OF COURSE IM FN SURE!!!! I just ended up ordering new ones through Amazon I requested a refund from these scammers and they stopped replying ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE COMPANY DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

Total scammers…. Over charged…. Vampire teeth for Halloween DID arrived and they are a price of rubbish, don’t fit, don’t work…. Charged $29Australian…(about $20USD) for something that doesn’t work and cost less than 2 cents to make!
Their “5 Star Ratings” are fake!!! Keep your money safe and stay the hell away from these b@stards

It took a “Claim Intervention by PayPal” to finally receive this package!
A throughly negative experience with poor service, poor delivery, poor tracking poor communication, poor customer support! They made excuses for weeks on lost package! Refused request for refund due to non delivery! Just a throughly AWFUL negative purchase! All friends/family will be warned!!

I Purchased An Item & Have NOT Even Recieved A Tracking # Or Nothing. Each Site To Try & Get In Touch With Someone Comes Up As An Error. I Work Too Hard For My Money To Be Scammed. I Have Contacted The BBB To Report This Company.

I ordered a blue mini type shaver from them in February 26 and to-date I have not received it. They gave me a tracking # said it's coming from Ireland still nothing. Contact them they another tracking # this time it's coming from China nothing. Contact them again and they said to contact USPS TRACKING they had nothing. Contact them again and now they said it was returned and if I still want it they will reship it but I would have to PAY FOR IT SO THEY CAN COVER THEIR LOSS.

I would give a zero if I could. I ordered two pair of jeans and on the receipt there is no phone number or return information and no way to contact them. Even when I go to their website, it doesn’t connect. I think they’re a huge scam. But somehow they did disputed my dispute with my credit card so I still have to pay for the two items that I do not want anything to do with.

i just got my razor and it doesnt cut my hair at all. it is made for thin hair , like asian hair . american hair is thicker so it doenst do a thing.i tryed it on my arm where there is hair and it cut nothing..so anyone buying this item make sure u have thin hair. it is a great looking razor you do have that going for you.i do know some americans do have thin hair sorry if i was disrespectful when i said just asians . its for just thin hair no matter what nationality you are.another problem with this so called razor, there is NO light when u plug it in to charge.the only light is when it goes on ..WTH?? i just want a razor to work right , all the ones i have bought from here suck...

Buyer beware! I was charged 3 times for the same item and once for more than the original price. When the company was contacted nothing was done. I tried to cancel my order and was told it would cost me more for restocking fees!

I have yet to receive my order money was taken from account, it's been stalled with no action, won't allow to click on shipping details!

I ordered two chair covers on sale about ten weeks ago. Have not received them. I even wrote a letter to the offices in China. No response. Total scam. If you order from them, say goodbye to your money!!!

I ordered knee brace which came in very small size which induced pain upon wearing. Since then I have been emailing the customer service and it just goes in circles. They do not share return instructions even though the product is eligible for return. Been emailing since two weeks, no luck. At this point it feels like they just are waiting for me to give up.

Ordered over 2 months ago. First parcel was apparently lost in transit! Customer service very poor. I never do reviews but I needed to warn others not to use this company.

Do not buy from this company they are a total rip off I purchased the dog scissors I received the box without any scissors in it I emailed them straight away with a photo of an empty box but they said I needed to check the box again it's not like I could miss the empty box they are a joke

Received the goods but had a dirty mark . Contacted customer service and they offered 3 USD. I obviously declined and asked for pre postage to return for an exchange. They refused and many more emails and still waiting. I have now encircled my credit card to fight my case. DO NOT USE

The items we ordered were not like what they showed and did not like the way it fit! We tried to return it for a refund but they gave us the option to keep or return it to China but we had to pay for the shipping back to China!!! They are a scam and need to be shutdown!! Do not order from them
