Had a fantastic experience with them

Had a fantastic experience with them. Gave lots of information, arrived promptly explained everything very clearly and carried out an excellent job at the property he was instructed treat (not my home) reports have been that not a single flea has been found since and will definitely use them for the top in in a few weeks.

Avoid at all costs

Spencer was instructed to carry out infestation inspection at the property that we had just move in. The inspection included 10-minute conversation in the bedroom without him even checking the mattress. He asked me to show him the bites, laughed that he loved his job as he got to see woman’s legs and concluded that the landlord should be capable to pay £130 for the treatment. After the treatment he emailed the report sheet with the following: “the treatment was restricted to what we were allowed to treat, but I am confident it will work, if it does not then another full treatment will be needed as per treatment report sheet supplied.” which lead to the landlord emailing us that due the supposed restrictions the next treatment would be at our cost! I emailed Spencer three times asking to explain what restrictions there were and why the treatment was performed in the first place but spencer either ignored or referred to the landlord. Only after I emailed that I would share about my experience with WLPC on Google, Spencer confirmed that covering under stair cupboard and two sofas was acceptable for him and Paul and it didn’t affect the treatment. He then threatened me with a lawyer in case I wrote a review about him! He then sent an email to the landlord that he would not come back to carry out a second treatment due to my “slanderous emails”. We had to move out from the infested property earlier and terminate the tenancy. Spencer then provided undated report for the landlord for the court lying that he inspected the full property; that we showed him a picture of a dead flea (we didn't as we found a dead flea after his treatment), that he treated the bed frame (there was no bed frame as we threw away all furniture from the previous property and we only had a mattress in the infested property) and then dared to lie again that I restricted the property to be treated (!!) and claimed we had no pests in the property!! Gary provided a second report claiming that due to his “thorough inspection” there were no pests in the property!

These so called experts do not have a scooby doo where the pest could hide (as it turned out fleas were harboring underneath the floor boards as there were massive gaps between wooden planks) and how to identify the infestation. We had enough evidence - pictures of fleas with the date and location stamp as well as videos of alive fleas for the judge to dismiss Spencer and Gary’s flawed reports. Stay away of this self proclaimed “experts” to avoid problems. The amount of distress this company caused is detrimental and at no point should anyone risk dealing with them.
