Decent starting pay. Variety of TOCs served. Decent response times. Does increase chances of eventually being directly hired by the operator in question.
Only letdowns are that occasionally there may be a low number of shifts/hours per week tho this rarely happened. Another letdown is that some colleagues aren't the best to deal with and are unprofessional at times.

I kept getting promise form Sophie she will make contact and she didn’t promise me she would get me into training the next few days didn’t pushed me to have everything sorted as I i did the company is a let down and wouldn’t use them again
