Frustrating

I wanted my direct debut to start on the 14th Aug and you processed it so the payments start on 14 July dispute a nite being put on the account and talking to your team a simple request when I don’t receive the car until the 16 July now I’m going to have to make different arrangements to honour payment on the 16 July so I’m not very happy about it also the verification process took 5 different attempts which was very frustrating as I’m doing it in my mobile phone and not a PC

Excellent service, I've been looking for a van for a couple of years and the journey was difficult.

I felt rushed and slightly overwhelmed…

I felt rushed and slightly overwhelmed with the buying process . I know nothing about cars . This is why I kept changing my mind I did not want to make a mistake . I have decided not to have a loan on a car . I would prefer to safe up my money and buy this way

Great experience until the very final…

Great experience until the very final stages of the finance being paid out. I was assured that everything was done and even arranged collection of the car then I get a call saying that Oodle only needs to see the insurance certificate so I go a head and buy the insurance only to find that the finance wasn't sorted. I already booked train tickets that cost me £300 which i lost as a result the oodle wanting to do last min checks. Eventually it got over the line but im out of pocket by £300 for train tickets and had to pay Audi £440 to deliver the car. Safe to say that first impressions are not been great.

Oodle are brilliant

Oodle are brilliant! Easy and efficient to apply and get approved!👍🏻 The customer service is excellent too! The app is also user friendly and easy to use! Would highly recommend 👍🏻❤️
