Yes, it was the local shipping who made a mistake. They, understood and calmed me down during my breakdown, worked very cooperatively, offered to pay me to ship the d*ck lock to original owner, and shipped another package immidiately for me. Sorry for the confusion, will update again when i receive the package.

The order total amount is 31.34usd, we would scam for 31.34K USD not just 31.34, the package was delivered to the local post on time, it needs the customer to submit some info for custom clearance. but they never receive anything from the receiver. so the package got returned to, the after many months, the postNL never ship back the item to us.
