I ordered what I believed to be the Apollo M-1 LED Matrix based on the product listing. The images and description clearly showed a complete bundle with multiple components. Upon delivery, I received only the bare panel—not the bundle depicted in the photos. When I reached out to their support team, they acknowledged the error and promptly updated the listing, which confirms the product page was indeed misleading. However, here's where it gets frustrating: despite admitting their marketing materials were incorrect, they refused to cover the return shipping costs. As a customer, I'm now financially penalized for their mistake. This approach to customer service is disappointing and unfair.

I bought an ESP32 S3 lilygo from them on the 1. sep and now it is 31. oct and no product nor any updates on the shipment. I contacted OpenCircuit support who told me they had to wait for the courier to declare the package lost.
That is not true, according to consumer protection laws they bear the risk of the package, until the package is recieved by the consumer.
They kept ignoring this fact and still refusing to issue a refund.
The package had to tracking updates for two months and they still wanted to wait for the courier to declare it lost. Absolutely ridiculous
They even had the nerve to tell me after TWO MONTHS OF WAITING:

"But international investigations do take time, so please be a little more patient. Thank you!"

To get my money back i had to issue a dispute with my payment provider. So just know that if you buy from this company, dont expect a refund anytime soon.

Only store in Europe who had what i wanted and they shipped that to Germany faster than other German stores usually take to deliver. Very pleased.

Opencircuit.dk has a Danish domain name and a Danish language website, Therefore, I assumed delivery would be straightforward as i live in Denmark...Oh no, they are based in the Netherlands and use PostNL. The tracking status of my parcel hasn't updated for ten days. "Your parcel has crossed the border" Which one?? when I asked for an update I was told an enquiry could take weeks and it is possible my package could arrive soon. That simply isn't good enough if you're working to a deadline. They have a great selection of products, but I won't use them again unfortunately.

Excellent experience with this store, managed to get many of the components in one place and the delivery was fast. I will no doubt be purchasing again in the future. 👍

You get what you ordered for a decent price.

I ordered one product that was out of stock and was presented with the option to get my items sent separately or wait for the out of stock item and get it all at once. Since the expected date that this product would be in stock again was only a few days ahead I opted for the latter. The package shipped on the day they expected to have the out of stock item and arrived the next day.

In short, I am very content about the order and the process, would order again.

The track and trace code did not work, but other than that no complaints about the order.

Very fast shipping! But not all product descriptions are translated to English yet, which can be frustrating for non Dutch customers.
