Pay for everything otherwise, well you are screwed.

I put in place an open source social media website, when users were asking for an app, I paid the support version to have the app.
After struggling to make it work... it doesn't work at all.
I raised a ticket, answer, after 2 weeks of drama: help yourself, debug what's going wrong (lol), it works for us. And, of course, I can use their paid platform to have it working...
TL;DR; Pay for everything otherwise, well you are screwed.
