Horrible experience at Opera in…

Horrible experience at Opera in Copenhagen.

We prepaid 4 tickets for a guided tour at 12 on a Sunday. We came to the Opera directly at 12, but all the doors were closed and there was nobody to help out. We soon realized we were not the only ones - there was at least 10 other people that prepurchased the tickets and couldn't get into the building. We located a security guard, but he couldn't help us out. So in the end, we left without seeing anything.

On top of it - they refuse to acknowledge their mistake and refund the money. Avoid at all cost!
