Great choice of tyres and great price
Fast delivery

Great price and fast delivery.

My car needed some new tyres as the current ones were near the minimum tread depth allowed. I researched online for the most reasonably priced new ones with a "B" rating for Fuel, Wet Grip and noise. I selected the Chinese Delinte DS2 tyre. I found the best prices for these from Oponeo Ltd, and placed the order with free delivery. They were also able to recommend a suitable tyre fitter near to my home to have them fitted at a price better than my usual fitters. The delivery was prompt and the tyres fitted without any problems. I was perfectly happy with this purchase.

By far the worst customer experience I have ever gone through.
I placed an order for 4 tyres on the 9th of December and only managed to receive 3. After multiple back and forth contact with both the delivery company and oponeo themselves via both email and phone they finally admitted to it being lost (how you can lose a tyre is beyond me). A refund was processed on the 23rd December so I am now without my car for 14 days at this point and will continue to be over the festive period as I cannot order another one understandably. I managed to get a tyre in the new year from black circles which was delivered next day with no issue and is somewhere I will be using again.
Today on the 15th of January I receive an email out of the blue from oponeo saying the refund I received was processed incorrectly and now I have been emailed a separate link supposedly by them to send them an outstanding £47. After the abysmal service they’ve already put me through to then send this really rubs salt in the wounds.
This marks over 5 weeks since placing the initial order and honestly if you value your time and sanity never buy from these imbeciles.

I will edit my review as you request, I am well aware that I have to repay an overpayment but to send it multiple weeks after the initial refund is shoddy. Also stating you did in due time is a blatant lie, no one would admit fault for the loss at first. I am not wasting anymore time with you. As is evident with your response you quite clearly do not value customer in the slightest.

Great service as always. Quick delivery time to considering I live in the north west of Scotland. Tyres are always in good condition to.

As others pointed out it is absolutely appalling that the tires they are selling are not being checked prior to shipment.
The premium Pirreli tire I have order came as 5 years old.
Last year I have ordered exactly the same brand and model and it was 4.5 years old. Back then I thought it was one off now I’m certain that they know exactly what they are doing. NEVER AGAIN FROM OPONEO!!!

Tyre was ordered with a promised 2 working day delivery, after 6 days no tyre had arrived, I chased customer services only to be told it would be today (Friday) if not on Monday. On Monday chased the courier only to find the delivery depot has not received the tyre. I've made telephone call and chase oponeo by Emails and they cut communication, very dissapointing especially when snow outside and I can't use my car ! I have to purchase from another supplier with honest 48 hours delivery .

The price, was a key factor. But then the personal service, the communication and the follow up service were all impeccable.
A lot of other sellers could learn this business model and use it.
It was the fastest delivery, best priced and then proven best follow up service from the services I had to use to get 2 tyes from 2 different sellers/suppliers.
I also used a local (to me) tyre supply and fit Co. and this failed due to a reason which was very annoying and this impacted me. But Oponeo did exactly what they set out to do and made the whole process very reassuring and totally smooth. A 5☆ service provider. VERY MUCH TRUSTED SUPPLIER

Ordered 2 premium brand tyres for a good bit less than Blackcircles sell them and they were delivered within 24 hours. Excellent all round service

Great service fast delivery a little higher price than others but well worth the fast delivery time.

Highly disappointed, they send me two different tyres, when I asked to correct this order they didn't have more of this model, I asked to exchange for another one, Dawid from Claim department told me first they need receive items back, they collected, and I didn't receive any tyres but will receive refund!
I'm leaving UK in next 3 days without winter tyres, never again oponeo!
