The foam thickness indicated refers to the total thickness of the two layers of foam, as they are stacked on top of each other in a case.
If you are not satisfied with the product, you have a withdrawal period during which you can request a return.

All items were well packaged . The quality, for a Glock 19's replica, is unbelievably good!!!! Even the odor of the polymer, the odor of the lubricant reminds you of a non-replica variant.
Unlike a couple of other, really good sites, this one allows us to use a debit/credit card. A few other airsoft websites, produce different errors during the the payment stage, at least they do for my.

Wrong Item Sent, but Fast Shipping and Quick Refund
I received the wrong item in my order. I ordered a magwell for LCT/GHK but got one made for Tokyo Marui. That kind of detail matters a lot, especially when dealing with parts made for different manufacturers.
That said, I’m giving 4 stars because the shipping was very fast, support responded quickly, and the refund was processed without issues. Mistakes can happen, but they handled it professionally and resolved it quickly.
I will order here again, BUT I hope in the future they double-check item compatibility more carefully before shipping :)

Issues with delivery, no response
TLDR. Order stuck in delivery agency due to OPS store mistake and they are ghosting me.
First everything seemed to be fine. I ordered quite bug order of replica + accessories worth 1.3kEUR.
Order and payment was made 14th of April.
Starting of 25th of April shipment is stuck at local delivery agency. I contacted them, and they pointed towards sender (ops store). I opened support ticket with OPS store. At beginning everything looked promising, response was quite fast. They promised to contact delivery agency and sort it out.
Starting this point everything went south. No status updates. No repose to my comments in ticket.
This is last dich effort to get this issue sorted out. After this I guess it's starting charge back on my payment...
