Absolutely unsatisfied
Absolutely unsatisfied. I've ordered G&P product from them and paid extra for UPS express service.
UPS tried to deliver twice to me via airport link but twice parcel was sent to the shop after XRAY. What's amusing, is that only after 2nd return and my messages to the shop support, they decided only then to contact UPS for details.
Basically, one and a half week after with some poor responses from the customer support, it was agreed that they'll send me my parcel via another carrier while go with refund of my money from UPS.
I don't understand why they didn't contact UPS after the first return, why it took 2 days to make a call to their contact and after all of this, they didn't provide even details of what was going on.
EDIT: Still waiting for that refund, just saying.

We had a problem with the UPS carrier, who returned your parcel to us for no valid reason. We contacted them and they were obviously unable to send the package to your destination.
This is why, as we discussed with you by e-mail, the parcel was sent via Chronopost and we have made a refund for the delivery costs (58 euros).
We remain at your disposal if necessary.

The VFC M110K1 GBBr rifle met a defect immediately after the first 10 bullets, one of them catched into the feeding Ramp damaging it and the rubber too, I have had to buy a new VFC Feeding Ramp V2 with rubber for repairing this difficulty. However the OPS service and the shipment have been in a professional and right way. I'd like to hope that next time there will be not some other problems..Thanks..

No complaints, the product works perfectly (tried and tested). Records at 1080p 60fps, fine for a scope cam in my opinion. Alternatively you could get the 4K version for an additional €50 which also has a zoom feature. Overall a very pleasant experience using OPS-store.
