No communication and slow delivery (if it gets ever delivered..)

Delivery in 10-15 days when placing the order but no updates at all. Mails to customer service are not answered. In the past I had good experiences but will not order again here.

We regret the delay in our response to your comment.

The estimated delivery time for our glasses is 15 to 20 days, as specified in our General Terms of Sale. However, these times may be adjusted due to various factors, also mentioned in our conditions.
The frame you ordered depended on the availability and shipping from the supplier as it is a brand frame. Unfortunately the delays in these situations can be longer than expected and we fully understand your dissatisfaction.

Our customer service (suporte@optica24.pt) is available Monday to Thursday from 8am to 5pm and Fridays from 8am to 3pm. Given the time of year, the volume of work was higher and we also highlight the occurrence of holidays.

We believe that everything was solved in the best way with our Customer Support.

We sincerely hope to see you soon.

Serviço horrível / Never again

Serviço horrível, 1 mês à espera e nada. Nunca mais, até tiverem a lata de sugerir mudar a escolha do artigo que queria porque iria dar muito trabalho aos seus tecnicos. Antigamente esta empresa era boa agora... Nunca mais. Avoid this company, their service is awful, they even wrote on email that i should change my order because it will be hard for their technicians to build the glasses that were already paid for. They lost a client, and all the others i would recommend. Never again, they took one month and no product. I should had used paypal...

I have odered a pair of sunglasses

I have odered a pair of sunglasses. On the 19th of April. I am aware that due to corona deliveries may have delayes, however it has been now over a month and I still have not received my sunglasses. After asking yesterday morning the company I did not receive any feedback. This is quite disappointing. After finally receiving a email from the company, the answer was more then unsatisfactory. The 'customer Support' told me to wait a few days that was another week past.
