Opticomm ignores it's obligations to customers
I've just issued a written complaint to the Telecommunications Ombudsman about Opticomm's incredibly unreliable service we have experienced since we signed up 18 months ago. Opticomm not only deliver a poor service that costs my small business money and reputation but you pass the buck as to the cause, blaming you upstream suppliers when it is likely that Opticomm don't have a robust service model. I hope Opticomm receive a fine for the lost income and reputation you have created for my business.
