Complete scam

Complete scam. Ordered glasses. No confirmation, No shipping order. I question and they send me a tracking number. Glasses arrive and are not even close to what I ordered. I take pictures, send pay receipt and was told they would refund shipping. Not only did they not refund shipping, they deducted 20% ($50) from my refund. STAY AWAY...FAR AWAY

Absolutely evil

Absolutely evil! They stole my Tiffany sunglasses. Refused to return them. Put up a false ad that if you pay $15 they will give you a quote to repair them and then if you don't like your price THEY KEEP THEM!!! I have been trying to get back my sunglasses for three years! I told them I would report them to the FTC if they didn't give them back Their response

"Dear FTC,

A few years ago..........etc ahahahaha "

DON'T EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!

Disgusting and RUDE

Like many others I too, wish I could give them NO stars. DIANA in customer service was so incredibly rude that I was actually shocked. I hope I get my glasses back as requested. After reading other reviews, I have a funny suspicion I won't.

HORRIFIC

Google Vitaly Borker. Ugh. HORRIFIC. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAM!!! I was stupid enough to do it without checking reviews or much else, and I have learned my lesson while losing a pair of good Maui Jim sunglasses. Id asked them to quote on new lenses, then decided to not follow through with the repair (which I'd read prior to sending was an option; I'd just have to pay a $14.95 return fee). The emails back and forth between me and "customer service/Becky" are UNREAL. She was way below unprofessional. After they demanded payment, got rude, got cocky, etc etc, I told them I'd just send a money order as payment for the return, because I didn't trust them to use my credit card properly (after how I'd been spoken to, and what they'd said, I had good reason to distrust). They still claim to have never received it (it has not been cashed). I've got NO doubt they resold my sunglasses for way more than the $14.95 they would make off my money order. SO ridiculously unscrupulous. I can send the emails to anyone who wants to see why to NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THIS SCAM OPERATION!!!

Exceptionally bad service

Exceptionally bad service! They offer price matching and yet when you reply because they only match half the deal they reply back .... "You have been annoying all day". I would post a picture of the reply if possible! Do not bother with this company total scam!

The previous reviews are all true

The previous reviews are all true. I am an idiot for not checking into them before my $100 loss. I was fooled by their fast response to my email inquiries and their willingness to offer discounts. Once I made my purchase and received "junk" their so-called customer service ended. When I asked for a REFUND, they refused. Then I sent the email where they stated (more like lied) I was eligible for one, they responded with a email warning me that I did, the would keep 20%, keep shipping and shipping insurance charges. They have little regard or respect for people 's hard-earned money. Don't do what I did, review this company first and heed to the warning. These people really do not care about you. We are inly dollar signs to them.

zero stars if I could give them

zero stars if I could give them, one. They are a complete scam company.
I sent in frames for repair, on henge on the arm was broken. We sent in the parts, even the small pieces and waited.
They emailed and texted my dozens of times for approval, pre paid credit for repairs and confirmation of received package.
It two weeks for everything, to check in, to send to the lab, to have the lab estimate, two more to fix it.
Then the email: re: good news bad news email arrived. My glasses could not be fixed. I called to find out, I was lied to about the condition of my glasses, told the lab would call me, never did. Person hung up on me.
good news: 25% off their glasses. then more texts, more emails. like 6 in a row.
I called again, still same answer. I said return my glasses. (for a $15 shipping fee), glassed came back, but the little parts did not. My husband called to negotiate with them about the issue. They were not interested in doing anything about it or running a honest company.

Similar experience to others on this …

Similar experience to others on this site. My eyeglass repair job consisted of hot glue which failed upon arrival, leaving my glasses broken again and messy glue on the lens and nosepiece. This after advertising skilled optometrists using state of the art equipment to weld glasses back together flawlessly on their website. Seems to be a bait and switch, as they tried to get me to buy a new pair with a discount instead of giving me a refund. I have a dispute registered with my credit card company to deny payment and will be notifying the BBB and FTC about this company.

I wish I could leave zero stars

I wish I could leave zero stars. I inquired about fixing a pair of sunglasses with Optics Fast. They claim to have sent me a shipping label after I decided not to use them upon reading their reviews. Their sales team aggressively tried to get me to pay them 5$ for the shipping label. After I refused, they have been spamming my email 4 times a day for the last few months asking me to send in my sunglasses. Awful customer service and a scam.

This company is a joke

This company is a joke. They will not stop hounding you. I have been buying glasses and lenses online for years and have never had this bad of an experience. I receive several texts and emails daily despite the fact that I have repeatedly told them I am not interested in their service. Every other lens replacement service gives you their costs up front instead of holding your frames hostage like Opticsfast does. Save your money and shop anywhere else.

Worst customer service ever!

Worst customer service ever!! I sent in my sons titanium glasses for a quote to fix a break. They quoted me 130 dollars. I waited a few days to make a decision and they sent me texts and emails saying pay for your invoice black blah blah. I finally wrote back and said please send them back, we decided not to go with your services....they tried everything from discounting it, to read our testimonials etc. I continued to say no thank you....they said well shipping is not free... I said fine how much do you need to send them back. Then it just kept dragging on and on.....asked for a credit card so I gave it for shipping cost of 5.97 for return shipping....I gave them the info and they wrote back saying OK we will be billing you for repairs (130) so frustrating! I finally said no and they fixed the invoice...which ended up being 12.99.. this company is aggressive and rude! I felt hustled and intimated. After reading the comments on here......I would not recommend this company. I would give them one star for prompt response time....but zero for everything else.

Misleading on repair price estimate …

Misleading on repair price estimate came out more than new pair
I declined the repair and they continue to bug me about paying my bill which I never authorized.
Received a nasty letter in the mail claiming I was not responding so either one dpt. doesn't communicate with another of it is just for intimidation.

Call themselves "fast", told "don't rush me"!

They call themselves "fast", nope... SLOW.... and they say they have reasonable rates, nope, twice as expensive as other places I found. I just had them send my glasses back to me after waiting over a week and finally getting the overpriced quote. They charged me $12.99 just to send my glasses back to me! AND they still aren't here yet, that was 5 days ago! I asked if they were sent back yet & I just got a message from them saying "Don't rush me." .... Boy, how's that for customer service?

Do not call and ask for a return call

Do not call and ask for a return call, they do not do that; they ask for email address and shame on me, I left it, and although I did not engage their services, I was dunned for $5.49 for a shipping label never used that was supposedly "prepaid". The company I used FixMyGlasses answered their phone, answered all questions, did an excellent repair job and had the glasses back to me in less than a week. I do not believe that the shipping label was prepaid as I saw that the label from FixMyGlasses was to be paid upon delivery of the package to them at the post office. Regardless, the discourtesy of not returning my phone call and then arbitrarily sending a shipping label, without being engaged for the service, leads me to leave this very unfavorable review of this company. Try somewhere else! S. Price

Wonderful Service

Wonderful Service. Tracking of sent item keeps you in the loop. The glasses that were fixed had been sat on so the temples were totally crooked. Optics Fast were able to fix them at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend them. Very good workmanship.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! I cannot stress enough what a massive headache they have caused me. After making an inquiry as to eyeware repair, they sent me a shipping label that I didn't ask for and then keep sending me rude and harrassing emails asking me to pay for the label that I didn't use or request. And when I have tried to resolve it they answer me back with more rude and disgusting emails. This place is a disgrace. If you are smart enough to do your research before contacting this company, DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM...Don't even give them any personal information - not even an email!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Unbelievably poor experience with this company. I wish I'd seen the reviews before placing my initial order. Luckily, I saw these issues before I actually sent in my glasses to be repaired and avoided the problems I've seen others had--overcharging and the like. If you do fill out this order however there will be an influx of emails like you have never seen. I received at least four a day along with text messages as well. I tried to politely make it clear that there is no way to cancel the order on the website and I would not be sending them in. I have continued to be bombarded with emails for weeks and have had two very nasty exchanges with their customer service team. They've been rude beyond belief, which is what prompted me to write this review. As one example, one agent asked me why I decided to cease my order. I tried to respond that some of the negative reviews had warned me away from their company. I was quite literally asked "9,000 orders and only 300 bad reviews. Do you know how to do math?" All their emails are threatening and aggressive, with one woman telling me she'd send to collections for the $6 shipping label that apparently they require I pay for though they took no credit card info at the start. I'm appalled that such a place as this still exists at all. Whatever you do, go somewhere else!
