OpticsFast is a Fraud!
OpticsFast is a 100% fraud. I sent my Rayban sunglasses for repair and they charged me a pretty hefty fee for that and then sent me a cheap knock-off pair of sunglasses that are not worth their weight in plastic. The famous "Becky" sent me messages saying that they threw away my original glasses and sent me an "authentic" pair. This is unacceptable, why are they still operating? They are a total fraudulent company, please don't fall for their BS. They are 100% scam artists who will rip you off for a buck.

Thoroughly Disgusted with OpticsFast.com
First, I was quoted an outrageous $474+ for glasses. Over the following week, Becky (who is one of many Becky's) finally gave me a more reasonable, yet still high, price. I ordered them on 11/2 - they still have yet to arrive. Never once in 4 weeks have I received an update. When I complained a week ago, the next day I received notice that they shipped. I checked tracking the following day. USPS had not received the label yet. One month after ordering, and one week after supposedly being shipped, they have yet to arrive.
Horrific Customer Service, DON'T Shop There!
3 main issues with my purchase:
1. order confirmation email had no details on what was purchased or how much
2. VERY slow shipping. I placed my order on 11/17, it did not get shipped until 11/29
3. VERY rude customer service. When I called on 11/26 to inquire about my purchase, the lady threaten to charge me 20% re-stocking fee if I canceled. But it wasn't even shipped. When I called again on 12/1 to ask for status, the man answered the called told me it was shipped on 11/30, and said that my purchase was not an important order to them, and they got to it when they had to, and that's why it took so long. He said if I wanted it sooner, I would have chosen to pay for overnight shipping. It wasn't until then he pushed the button to send me an email with shipping tracking info. I'd never purchase there again.
This is a HIGHLY unprofessional and fraudulent company.
I have just experienced what so many others have gone through with this fraudulent company, OpticsFast. I had the misfortune of dealing with the infamous Becky S in the so-called customer service department through some interesting email correspondence where she made several off the wall unprofessional comments. She is the only one who answers emails. There are no supervisors. This is NOT a real company by any means.
Do NOT fall for believing that OpticsFast actually has the eyeglasses that you want in stock. Becky S gave me the EXACT same run around that she has given many others. Another reviewer on Trust Pilot by the name of Berniece Crawford went through the EXACT same ordeal that I did. She posted on October 27th, 2016:
FROM BERNIECE CRAWFORD: "Regarding my first order online, it has been and continues to be a nightmare. I was told via telephone that my frames where definitely available. Within a day i received this e-mail from Becky S at OpticsFast."
FROM BECKY S TO BERNIECE CRAWFORD: "Dear Berniece Crawford, I am very very sorry for the delay in your order. Let me explain what happened. The item was in stock with a Store Quantity of 1. Prior to each shipment my team checks each frame to make sure they 100 percent perfect with no issues or problems. The item you purchased had contained a small crack on the left temple of the frame and I was not comfortable in sending you this item as it was. What I did was send the item back to the company for a replacement. I got a phone call today from the company to inform us that this particular item is on Backorder for 2 weeks. What do you want us to do? Maybe you want to select another color? Maybe you want to select an entirely different frame?? I have noted your account and have issued you a 15 percent OFF your next order for this problem."
MRS. CRAWFORD CONTINUES: "I then received another email telling me they would be happy to substitute frames. I replied no that the reason i was going to order from them was because they told me they had what i wanted. The one difference in my story is they told me my frames were on back order. This Unprofessional person "Becky" was always the one sending me the e mails which to date I have 8. Each getting progressively nastier. There had been money taken from my account knowing that I did not wish to purchase anything but the original. Unfortunately I needed my glasses so i bought through another company. At this point the original amount was reversed in my bank only to find today that i have again been charged for glasses I have heard nothing about. The way she ended her last e mail was what really left me knowing that this company cannot be real. "Whats the problem here sweetcakes?" Becky S. Customer Service. I am beside myself and am calling my bank in the morning as I did not authorize this deduction and am going to take legal action if at all possible."
Now, let's review what Becky S from OpticsFast emailed to me on Nov 30, 2016.
FROM BECKY S TO ME: "Dear JL, I am very very sorry for the delay in your order. Let me explain what happened. The item was in stock with a Store Quantity of 1. Prior to each shipment my team. We check each and every frame to make sure they 100 percent perfect with no issues or problems. The item you purchased had contained a small crack on the frame and I was not comfortable in sending the defective item. The item was sent back to manufacturer and reordered another pair. I got a phone call later in the day to inform us that this item is DISCONTINUED and can NO longer be obtained. Maybe you want to select an entirely different frame? I have noted your account and have issued you a 15 percent OFF your next order for this problem."
SOUNDS FAMILIAR DOESN'T IT? They treated us both in the exact same manner. A REFUND should have been offered in both cases but it was not. I was also in the same position as Mrs. Crawford because I had to contact my bank about this fraudulent charge to dispute it.
OpticsFast gives everyone the same story when they can't obtain the glasses shown on their website. They tell LIES! They also do NOT offer refunds at all. Instead, they try to sell you frames that they actually carry.
I REPEAT! DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!

10/31 - paid for the simple repair to bridge of frame. I was told two weeks. Nothing else needed. Told would take two weeks. mid-Nov. began calling and was told another day/week. Told day before Thanksgiving to call 11/28. When I did I was told a story about "new frame" and told "new lenses" - both lies and I asked for return of my glasses immediately and refund. She hung up and I called back asking to speak to a Manager, and she said there was none and hung up. If you go to this site you will see they are a SCAM. I now have no glasses, total lies about the status or when they will be returned/repaired AND further nobody to speak with. They are a FRAUD.
11/29/16 - Received an email saying glasses were shipped, which is a lie since the link to the USPS says only the label was created. OpticsFast continues to say the item was shipped and ignoring the FACT the link to the USPS says NOT SO.
11/30/16 - I spent two hours on the phone today and was routed to speak to the Inspector's General Office at the USPS and they confirmed the following:
1. No package EVER entered their system(s).
2. They consider communications saying more than a label being printed to be untrue and the intent would have to be to defraud - now involving the USPS.
3. My cell phone alert from the USPS indicate only a label has been created but no package shipped - ever.
Again, no package was/has been entered into the USPS system - ever. Now, no emails.

I never received my OWN expensive frames/glasses back and paid for the privilege for them never to be returned. That's THEFT in NYC/NYS and I am vigorously pursuing this case in every way possible. I have spent a week working on this so far.
Did what they promised, very convenient
Can't beat not having to physically go into some repair place. Took a few weeks, glasses didn't come back with the cloth I wrapped them in, and the black finish smudged off on my nose the first day. But other than that, they did a great job and I'll be sending in my next pair of glasses soon.
The Worst!
Ordered glasses Rx and transitions worth $350. We received the glasses and it turned out to be sunglasses , not transitions and not Rx. There's even no case, just placed in a zip lock bag. E-mailed and spoke to them about the glasses, after complaining back and forth, and rude customer service, they agreed to fix the problem. After sending the glasses
back, good thing i have a tracking number because they were denying that they received the glasses. After two months they returned the glasses and it was the same exact thing, nothing changed and now there are some scratches. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
Opricfast sunglasses company
I ordered a pair of Prada sunglasses from this company. First problem they advertise you can pay with Pay Pal, that's not true. Then they send me second hand sunglasses and I paid for brand new, mind you they advertise their stock is guaranteed to be brand new. I dealt with a person named Becky total lyer. I waited two weeks still hadn't received them .No email to say they didn't have them in stock, I had to email them to dind out what is happening. Then she said they had to get them from somewhere overseas. Finally they arrived, faulty all scratched and used, then she said if I return them she has to charge 20% restocking fee and it's not even my fault. She send me email saying just keep them and we'll all be on our mery way. I received email saying if I give good feed back I will get $10 off my next order, is she for real. I returned the sunglasses cost me $25 and they were returned back to me saying not anought information, I wrote the address exactly the way she emailed it to me. Bad bad service. I have ordered another pair of Prada sunglasses previously from another company, no problem but this is the worst company I have dealt with. Someone has to do something about this who is their Manager , where is he or she to do something about this. I have the sunglasses next to me as I am writing this I dont even want to open them , it's redicilous I have paid that much money and dont want to use them.

Super repair!
Eyeglasses broke at hinge, OpticsFast offered prepaid shipping label so that frame could be sent in and assessed for repair. Received repair proposal with very reasonable pricing. Repair is now complete and I can't wait for return of eyeglass frame ready to wear again. Thanks much for saving a favorite eyeglass frame, thought it was unsalvageable until we found OpticsFast!
Unreliable Company & Service
OpticsFast removed the scratched lens and returned my sunglasses without installing the lens in the frame. Then offered to finish installing, but in the process ruined the frame by removing a piece thereby weakening the frame. I understand how this could happen, but OpticsFast denied it and insisted that the glasses were returned in perfect condition and refused to reimburse or make good. Unreliable. Denial. Poor workmanship and service. September & October 2016

"My husbands' Oakley lens snapped out of the frames and I spent almost an hour on the phone system with Oakley and then the website just trying to find the address to send them into for repair and I finally gave up and saw this website for repairs on glasses and sunglasses. I just want them repaired ! Opticsfast website was so easy to follow and I received an email back in seconds then text messaging saying they sent me a free prepaid mailing form for the sunglasses to be sent to them. I am very pleased with them. And their personal messages from their staff."

I bought a pair of Tom Ford glasses from this joke of a firm in October 2016 and I've had nothing but trouble from them. I tried to buy this pertictuler pair of glasses in England but it was sold out and it was also discontinued, so I found this site on the Internet which showed they had one pair I order them which cost me three times as much but I didn't mind because it's what I wanted.
I got a email from Becky S customer service asking me would I sell them back to her at a discount because an American customer wanted them I said no, only to recive the wrong glasses. They sent a totally different pair of Tom Ford glasses which came in a dusty plain brown case not even a Tom Ford case. I paid £13 to send them back watch the tracking no so I knew when they recived the glasses.
After numerous emails and phone calls to America only to speak to a very rude woman who wouldn't let me speak and she would put the phone down on me, when I did manage to speak to this rude woman she ended up calling me a liar.
Eventually they refuned me £270 but they still owe me £97 and they had a cheek to ask for a tip😂😂 what a joke.
All I can say they are not a proper company A.proper company would not behave like they do to there customers I belive its a one man band so PLEASE what ever you do avoid this MICKY MOUSE firm and what ever you do DONT BUY from them they are robbers and disgusting people.
