I have no complaints about your business model and the system that is in place its perfect. Website easy to use, and orders before cutoff time are delivered the next business day. Well stocked with product and prices are fair. We have a saying in America If ain't broke don't fix it. For this reason you not only earned 5 stars you set the bar and the example to strive for.

Perfect!
Second time around. The order was made via the Opus.nl web site, and paid for using iDeal. Once the order was made Opus.nl sent a confirmation e-mail. Some hours later I received the tracking information for the package. The order was done before 18h, and they informed me that the delivery would be made next day. I received the package next day by parcel service.

I made a mistake
I made a mistake. I clicked on the wrong item. It was not until I got the product here that I realised my mistake. OPUS took the item back and sent me my money back. Now I call that going the extra mile. Thank you so much. I will be more careful next time and there will be a next time.
