I had the pleasure of Working with Lisbeth today. I Called into the customer service department pretty frustrated. Lisbeth listened intently to my concerns and she gave her word that she'd get to the source of the issue. Lisbeth called me back with solutions, not excuses! She's is Awesome!

I am a new boutique owner and I had problems placing my order. I wasn't able to speak with any one until I was done taking care of my children. I thought they would have been closed due to it being after 8pm where I live, nope I was wrong. They were still open and I was able to chat with someone to get my issue resolved. Jerica guided me in the right direction and explained thoroughly what needed to be done so I can complete my purchase. She provided me with the link that I need and stay in the chat with me to make sure that I got everything correct.

Customer service was wonderful today. Had an inquire about my order not shipping & they reached out to vendor immediately.
