Wow. I can't believe someone said they were Scammers. I love these guys. WOW WOW WOW. NO WAY.

Wasn't sure what to think having read the mixed reviews so dipped a toe in the water.
Unfortunately do appear to be clever scammers.

I have been with Orangewebsite for 2 1/2 years. I have a mommy blog and just started a new CPA firm and opened up our business web site with them. The business web site has taken a lot more technology knowledge than I have because of the need for our server to communicate with Google Workspace. For this issue and others getting the new web site up and running I have had to lean heavily on orangewebsite.com's support team. They have answered all of my emails within 15 minutes and have quickly solved the problems and exercised patience with my novice website development experience. I don't know what the other reviewers who give them a low rating are talking about. I've given orangewebsite.com plenty of reasons to let me down, but they never have and there's no reason for them to go above and beyond to help me because I'm only a small customer giving them a few dollars per month.

I would like to take this opportunity to publicly thank the support team at OrangeWebsite for their help and patience in getting my website up and running. I am a teacher with next to no experience in web development, but with the assistance of the technical support team, I was able to build and publish a fully functional website for a very reasonable price.

I can't send email, they are on blacklist. Hard to send email even to Gmail domain, they don't want refund money. Also they can read your email and send email from your account like it is you. NOT RECOMMEND

They support crypto scammers by providing them their service. Although they have been informed about this, they don't care

Paid for domain and late fee, they still wanna extra money, total scam!!!

This hoster claims to be censorship proof but that is not the case. They have been caught red handed censoring investigative journalists on multiple occasions when the topic displeases them. Be very careful about OrangeWebsite and do not get fooled by their misleading marketing; they are gatekeepers and WILL take you down as they please.

I am impressed. They are fast, responsive, answer questions quickly, and are there to help in a fast, safe, secure method. I highly recommend.

This site is totally a scam. Please stay 100 miles away.
I bought a dedicated server and paid for that. I don't know what happens. They locked my account and did not respond.

The service is stable, the capabilities exceed my simple requiements.

I used orangewebsite previously and found they provided outstanding service for my website. As soon as I was ready to go back on internet, I again chose orangeweb for my needs, service, technicians, all their staff are excellent. Thanks for all you do.

Terrible customer service. Very difficult to deal with. Perhaps language is an issue but that can't be the entire problem. There is certainly an attitude problem as well. They have your money and then could care less about your satisfaction with their service.

On top of this my website was the subject of a DDoS attack. Rather than trying to mitigate this they immediately took down my site and tried to get me to pay $6,000 per month to protect it and put it back up!

When I said no (Similar services are available for $20 to $200/month) then they explicitly refused to cooperate at all with law enforcement (US Department of Justice, Cyber Crimes Unit) to investigate the attack and even gave me trouble retrieving my files on their system.
