Very bad experience with the customer service! The customer service have a very bad attitude. They make everything difficult and complicated. And they are very unfriendly and to put a word for it “they are very RUDE !”
This is my first time to be handled by a customer service that very rude like this. From what i know customers service supposed to be friendly and helpful not RUDE like this!! Please fix this. Because this is a very bad impression for the company!!

2 appointments one for cleaning and one for repair. Outcome surprised me greatly because before them I thought my hoekbank was lost. Great service worth every cent invested in the All in house certificate/warranty. Thumbs up for Sir who performed both tasks!. Excellent service. Thank you :-)
