Service not provided

I scheduled in advance, but at the day they called the time they should be there saying they got a flat tired, and they would be delayed 1h, I asked for a backup, but they said they would try but they couldn't promise anything. They didn't find a backup, as result I lost the day I took off from the office, I had to pay the guys from the van and the workers because because of them (without having the job done), I also had to reschedule the house inspection and much more. I definitely NOT recommend this company at all.
