I have just received in Portugal the most beautiful Vanda I have ever seen! The plant was perfect, no broken leafs and lots of flowers and roots! Customer service was also perfect.

Stay away!!! bad service bad plants! my plants got to me sick (bacteria and fungus) and in bad shape. I sent 2 mails to the owner, with pictures and discription, but he did not replay! I had to dispose of the plants because there is no place for me to isolate them. 3 days later I opened a dispute with paypal and he asked me to send the plants back...he knew I had to dispose of them so they will not infect my house plants.

High quality plants, great selection of pots, reasonable prices. Well packed, arrived in very good condition!

4 out of 6 leaves broken on my Phalaenopsis Red Apple upon arrival. Very unhappy about this. I reported this immediately and asked for an email address where I can send the pictures and the reply was “new leaves will come.” Of course new leaves will come ‘eventually’ but this is not aesthetically pleasing. Seller would not exchange and last message to me was “f*** you little s***.” This is what a paying customer was called. They say I insulted them when all I said was the customer service was horrible. Not ordering here again.

I have recently ordered 3 plants from this online shop. I received only 2 plants and was refunded for third one, without consent to the changed order. One plant I received was not the one I ordered and the other one was much smaller and the soil was drenched with some ends of the roots already rotten. After contacting CS they responded:
"Hello we have money back on plants missed
hoya is great, peperomia is nice, sometime we can give similar plants it s normal, it s write on our policy"
After replying that this is unacceptable and I will open a case on Paypal, I received next messages:
"We are the only one to sell this hoya in europ now!
Sent us back plants!
No plants for free!
Hoya growing super fast! And pot is 14cm!
Peperomia IS same pot as describ!!!
Sent us plants back in same condition or paypal don t give you anything!
I m going to police!
Peperomia IS 6cm pot! Hoya 14cm pot! You receive what you buy!!!! Don t loose my time!!!"
Hoya came in 12cm pot, Peperomia was 6cm but wrong species. The one I ordered is hard to get, I have never seen it sold anywhere I could buy it and is why I decided to order from this site in the first place. Hoya had to be repotted because the soil was so drenched I squeezed 2 dcls of water out and has lost some new leaves because of all the shock. I also had to remove some of the roots.
I just wanted to warn you not to order from this seller as they obviously do not care about their customers and respond in an uncivil, rude, aggressive and threatening manner.
