Just a renewal of an Annual Subscription. So very straightforward. All went smoothly.

I need to use the OS App, but it is not easy to use.

It is hard to save routes, and find them again.
Also, you need to turn off Power Saving on your phone, so battery usage is high

Ordance Survey explorer maps are really great products and the offer of a free OS Map case when buying two maps was superb value. I already have one of these already but worthe getting a spare as these are so much better than other branded map cases that I have tried.

All the maps can be seen, so you can tell quickly if you have the right map for the area you want to be covered.

Have used OS shop before and they perform well. Again this time, ordered a selection of maps , having succumbed to the free waterproof carrier ploy!

Don't get me wrong the map services are good, but the auto renewal doesn't give you warning that it is coming up, you get the invoice the same day it takes payment.

I find all the overlaid stuff on the online maps a total nuisance, it gets in the way of the excellent mapping I hoped I was paying for. Should I have to work so hard to eradicate all the added information littering my screen?

The OS subscription service is super easy to sign up to and use, you can save all your routes and find ones people have already created.

Downloading can take a while when they are big maps and it could be my settings on my phone but it freezes if you navigate away from the map but its a great tool to have when you are out walking.

I use the App very frequently. Gone are the days of using an out of date paper map! I use ‘create a route’ regularly when planning a group walk: the profile produced and the timing estimate are very useful features.

Annual purchase. Advised well in advance of date money would be taken. Product arrived on time

The product is fabulous with maps of all scales. The price has gone up somewhat since I first subscribed.
In France the 'IGN Cartes' is free!

Website simple to use. Easy to find the map you need. Order arrived quickly.

This was a gift for my grandson. The collection gave us a chance to talk about life before satnav, and the quiz book is a fun way to share the information with friends. I hope he appreciates it. I can never really tell if he is being polite...
