Excellent product

Excellent product! We have been using Ordoro strictly for managing inventory across multiple sales platforms and warehouses and it has been great. The support and training our team received was very helpful and got us off on the right foot.

Ordoro is superior shipping software!

Ordoro is superior shipping software which has proven robust and reliable. I rarely have problems with Ordoro but when they've occurred I get the best software support ever! Ordoro's call directing is simple and easy to use. The response is nearly immediate and a knowledgeable technician quickly grasps the problem and provides a fix. They call back when you leave messages and they follow up.

Product + People = A++++++

The software does everything we need it to do: order fulfillment, inventory, and shipping. It does all these things well. The software is intuitive. Perhaps more important, the support team is the best I've ever experienced. They know their product inside and out....and they're happy to help. We love it.

Great support and onboarding

Great support and onboarding. Rates are better than our contracted rates with UPS and FedEx and USPS rates are excellent.

Ordoro is Simple, Reliable, and has a stellar support team!

Ordoro has made our omni-channel fulfillment very simple. I love the simplicity of the platform and the support team has been very responsive. I love their ability to make adjustments and add features that cater to our company needs as well.
