Excellent High Holborn Team

Short-term option became a long-term benefit
It's 7 years since, as a start-up, we moved to Orega in Manchester thinking it would be a short-term option. But we are still there.
The team are always wanting to please and go the extra mile. For location, convenance and overall cost, it provides the flexibility we need to grow. Clients love to visit our central Manchester location, and we enjoy hosting them in the office, and in the local restaurants and bars. In fact, clients would rather visit us than we visit them.

Meeting needs covered
Last week was the third time we have booked The Dakota Room for a multi day client meeting and everything went smoothly. The team at The Beehive have a great understanding of our needs and nothing is too much trouble. We will be returning in 3 weeks for a 4 day booking and I'm confident everything will run smoothly again.

After signing up and paying 12 months…
After signing up and paying 12 months advance rental, on my second visit to the Orega Aberdeen office, I received a mail advising me that I was spending too much time in the reception area and I would no longer be able to access their services.
This was despite having been informed by a member of the reception staff that it was acceptable to conduct interviews with job candidates in that particular area. Subsequently, without notice , I was told the funds I had paid in advance for the duration of twelve months would be refunded and I could no longer access their services.
This has caused me a great deal of distress since I had started a social media campaign celebrating the new location and printed business cards and flyers for an exhibition.
Orega is a great business and I often recommend their services to startups .
Might be best just to use the accommodation address and avoid entering the building .
The reception is hostile.

A very happy new tenant.
As a start up business, Simon & his team (particularly, Kerry, Vanessa, & Maya as they have all been proactive, professional & very helpful since I first made contact with them). Simon maintained great comms during the contract negotiation process & I couldn't be happier in my new office.
Location is great - loads of parking, easy access to the major road networks & I can jump on a train from Gatwick station & be in London Bridge within the hour (door to door).
I could not recommend The Beehive Building & it's staff more highly.
