Great packaging and thorough correspondence the whole way!

I placed an order on March 22nd and paid to have it delivered by March 28. Once my money was taken I was then told the order wouldn't arrive until April 1 which is well after my party date. When I tried to cancel the order on March 25 I was told it already shipped but I couldn't see any tracking info on the webpage nor was a tracking number sent to my email. I spoke with customer service and they provided the tracking number but when I checked it on the carrier website it couldn't be found; this means the label was created but the item was not actually shipped yet, I worked at FedEx. Not sure why I couldn't cancel if the items weren't actually shipped. Also the customer service person, Nicholas, ended the chat early without resolving the issue. I now have to pay extra to get the items somewhere else

My order was great on time maybe early can’t remember. My only issue is that with my pencil charms I was missing 2 of the 24 but overall I’m satisfied

I received an Oriental Trading / MindWare email with a promotional $10 e-gift card code with an expiration date of today March 16, 2025. Upon trying to place my order with the code, I received an error that it was invalid so I contacted customer service via live chat. I was informed that the code was already redeemed last year back in November and the new series of 3 emails with this code was sent in error with failure to honor this marketing “mistake.” How can they make such a repetitive mistake by sending this in 3 emails and then not honor it for the inconvenience?! Seems misleading and deceptively intrusive.

Many of these Maraca pens separate. I ordered so many and they separated spilling out the inside contents.

This is by far the WORST experience I have ever encountered. I ordered a custom welcome sign for my sister’s bridal shower. I was worried it wouldn’t come in on time and called customer service. The agent was extremely helpful and updated my order to expedited shipping. I receive an email the day it was supposed to come in stating my order will be delayed! I panicked and called, spoke to Dave who tried his best to help and assured I would receive my order. I call back in an hour like he told me too, only to speak to a rude agent who wasn’t interested in helping, and after explaining that Dave and a supervisor said my order will be expedited then proceeded to “help”. I called back 15 min later, and sure enough that agent cancelled my order. The new one Suzy was very apologetic and reordered my order and tried again for expedited shipping. Now today, Friday, another email stating my order will not be on time. I finally speak to a supervisor Denise, who could care less and tell me there’s nothing they can do. And basically the employees gave me false hope and no one followed through. I understand companies have shopping and tech issues, which was told to me, but the lack of follow up, empathy is disgusting. Now I am screwed out of my important orders. I’ve been a customer for more than 10 years. Sad to say they lost my entire family, and I will spread the word.

Ordered chocolate St Patty’s day chocolate coins for my children to hand out to their classmates. I received my order yesterday and to my surprise, no chocolate coins. The children are totally disappointed and I was never told the coins were cancelled.
I have never experienced anything like this with orientation trading.
Please be careful if you order something and expect it to come…. You may not get it without any notice!

Wrong item was delivered! I do not know how to get in contact with anyone to get this situation corrected.

I love OTC! They have an amazing selection of unique, colorful & fun products and I’d like to mention they have excellent customer service as well. I’ve been a long time customer. Normally, it’s my”GO TO” when purchasing items for making goody bags, (every Christmas, Birthday, Valentine’s Day, Easter, graduation/ end of year party, etc.) for my son’s class and mom’s senior citizen class. Everyone always seem so pleased to receive gifts from us! Shipping is fast. It’s so convenient, thatI prefer them over the competition. I just learned that they are owned by Amazon. Thanks again to OTC!!

The item prices were inexpensive (clearance), though the quality was also very cheap.

The product assembly was fairly easy but the edges of the product were frayed. Also, the track itself isn't raised off the table like shown in the pictures online. Instead 40 separate wooden blocks are sent for assembler to balance the track off the table. Overall dissatisfied as the product will not stay up without having to constantly rebuild the track foundation. I'd love my money back but I already assembled the table and found this to be the case with the train tracks.

I'm in charge of the scavenger hunt program at the museum I work for. I buy the military rubber ducks in bulk from Oriental Trading Co. They are good quality, reasonably priced, and the kids love them!

Did not bring to house. Left by road.
