Beware of their "Fun Rewards" Program
I have been a long-time, loyal customer but I will never order from them again. Somehow I was signed up for "Fun Rewards." I have no idea what this is but Oriental Trading has been charging my credit card for $14.95 per month for the last six months. Partially my fault for not noticing this charge on my card. They will not refund my account in spite of the fact that I have spent thousands of dollars on their site. Not only do I order from them for personal parties, but I have been ordering from them for years for parties at my place of employment and these were not small orders. I feel like this was a shady move on the part of this company. They will never get another penny from me.
