Can't give them 0 stars

Can't give them 0 stars. They send you email's explaining that they have no confidence in their manufacturers garment sizing and don't want to accept any responsibility, but don't ask you in the form of a question, statement only. After 9 days, the order still hasn't been sent away, despite stating delivery will be 3-7 business days. If you don't know the garment tolerances why bother with a size guide. Just cancelled the order, absolutely no trust with this company.
