The flat is well-situated, and the view from the balcony on a fine day is exceptional. The apartment is cozy and fairly quiet. The properties are occupied by holiday guests as well as residents. The residents are friendly and helpful. Caswell Bay is an ideal location for a holiday. Swansea and the Mumbles are highly recommended with pleasant estuary walks and quality restaurants.

We have booked many times with Original Cottages and find the portal easy to navigate, the information received as your holiday approaches is good and the lady in your offices in Beer extremely friendly and warm.

Nice little bungalow with good views out of all the windows

We stayed at Lyoness on the Tregenna castle estate and booked this house through original cottages . The house was dirty the pans in the oven were covered in grease and were rusty they sent cleaners in whilst we were having breakfast the next day there was broken and chipped crockery the bed configuration I had requested was not done shower and towel rails not working and a non slip mat provided for bath was missing. TVs were not working and toilet brushed had faeces on them Box with air conditioning g unit left in bedroom and no instructions for use
The whole holiday was spent ringing the company we are a group of pensioners and the holiday was ruined
I made a complaint on return and I am still waiting for a refund of the whole amount
They have photographic evidence and only seen to reply when I put something on this sight

This is an amazing house for a large gathering. Perfect.

Historic little cottage wonderfully situated beside the Eden river. Quiet, no traffic, but only a minute from the Main Street.

Secluded, peaceful, amazing views, lovely host and comfortable pod with hot tub.

Large modern house with nice sized rooms . Light and bright inside with a great outside space. The patio is a real sun trap in the afternoon. There is some road noise , but not enough to spoil your stay

Holt is a lovely village, lots of eateries and quaint shops. Good base to explore from

We had a lovely time staying here - great kitchen equipped with useful kitchen utensils and appliances (even an air frier!) for making large meals. It’s located only a couple of minutes walk from the South beach, where we found a great weekend cafe/lobster shack (100% recommend!) and there’s a nice sandy beach. Excellent location with bonus of parking,well kept and maintained property within walking distance of time centre.

Really enjoyed staying here again. The apartment is clean, tidy and comfortable. Plenty of crockery and utensils. Bedding clean, and lovely soft towels available.
Love the shower too. Plenty of hot water.
Everything we needed there to make us feel at home.

Easy to navigate Web site and great communication every step of the way

Everything needed was included plus some excellent additions for total ease and enjoyment during the stay. The welcome pack was amazing. The barns were gorgeous and so spacious. The owners Tim and Rachel were lovely and nothing was too much trouble for them. This venue is highly recommended for any large number gatherings.

Great property comfortable, spotless, well equipped good location and a lovely garden for sitting out in the sun and our dog had a great time as well we will be back again next year
