Outstanding product. Excellent customer service.

Ordered 2 umbrellas on 21 July 2022, they said there would be a small delay for one, which was fine because it was still to arrive before 24 September when I needed them.
When they arrived on 31 August one was broken. I advised the same day, provided photos, asked them to replace it (which they agreed to do) and reminded them we were leaving on 24 September and that it needed to be received before then.
Its 22nd September, I paid $57 for a sustainably made and good quality umbrella to take with me last July, WHERE IS IT????

Updated: To make matters worse the company contacted me to ask me to remove this review because it might impact on their business. Even though I still have not received the product & it's likely will not I will because I am leaving this address tomorrow morning... they think it's arrived at a depot in a city near me, so that might be alright?? (maybe it has arrived there, but I don't have it!). They seem to focus the blame for this on the mail service, even though they delivered a broken product in the first place.

Updated: they agreed to refund the money for one of the umbrellas around 27 sept, over 2 months after product was originally purchased. They refunded $52. The cost of there umbrellas listed for sale is $57, the average cost for an order of 2 umbrellas was just over $61 each, so looks like I still get to pay the shipping because I received one of the umbrellas they sent. That IS cute.

I ordered 2 umbrellas from another company but thought my kids would prefer the ones with ducks. If I had just ordered all from the other company in the first place I would have saved myself a lot in hassle and would have paid only one lot of shipping fees, I still need to buy another umbrella when I can so that will be shipping fees X3.

I'll say it again, very poor 1 star

Best umbrella I've ever bought!!!

I cannot recommend this brand to people enough. I've been telling and showing it off to all of my friends, so excited to finally find an umbrella that looks good, last in the weather, and also better for the environment. Win Win Win !

Looove the Duckhead brolly! I ordered it for a friend's birthday after she admired mine. I wasn't sure if it would arrive in time (from the UK to AUS), but it's been in my possession for about a week now and her birthday isn't for another 10 days. She's gonna love it.

Delivery took longer than I expected (almost 2 weeks). Otherwise no problems and the product really lovely. Will be a perfect birthday present for my son's girlfriend

I Purchased the lavender Duckhead umbrella. After much thought on deciding which colour to buy I got the lavender to match my phone 😁

my order was shipped out to me very quickly and, on arrival, my items were well packaged (but not so well packaged that i had to fight tooth and nail to get to my goodies! 😆) i’m really happy with the service that i received and am sure i’ll be back for more lovely ducky brollies in the future - one in every colour/print is the long term goal!

I bought an umberella from the online shop but was concerned when it hadn't been delivered after several days. I phoned them to let them know it would have to arrive within the next 4 days or it will be late for my wife's birthday. It seemed it was lost somewhere with Royal Mail so they sent a replacement first class and it arrived in time.
Very happy with the service and my wife loves the umberella.
