Original Penguin Reviews 

Ordered 3 pairs of Penguin shorts. Received a package with Perry Ellis sport jacket, slacks, dress shirts and socks. Obviously someone switched mailing labels with someone who ordered for a wedding, prom, funeral or similar. Previous Penguin order, one of the pairs of shorts had an obviously bad seam. Did get a refund for that.

I have been a costumer for a few years and I love the quality of the product but the last 4 or 5 orders they’ve been cancelled for no reason.

Penguin has been great to do business with if I have questions quick to give me my answers

I like the quality of the clothing and I think the clothing looks very nice. I like that it is shipped to Walgreens for pick up.

Nice products and prices. Need new products more often

Easy to search and find the items I am looking for. Presentation of the site is also good and pleasing to look at. The site isn’t overwhelming and too busy.
The categories available also help filter the choices to your interests very easily.

Clothes I have chosen have been extremely comfortable and importantly not itchy due to my fair skin.

Having the items I want. However, there are items I like that seem to be discontinued when searching.

Good prices and nice quality products. Only issue is Original Penguin sometimes lists items as available, then a few days later certain items aren’t in my order anymore.

Excellent quality! material and colors still hold up after many washes! at an honest price and for quality clothing for all 4 seasons, Definitely makes me comming back for new styles.

Great quality and fit.

Overall experience is good, I don’t love that you have to use another website to necessarily track your shipment sometimes. SHOP was trying to track my last order but never gave me any updates and I still got the order. I didn’t love that experience.

I have placed numerous orders over the past 12 months as I truly love OP apparel. That being said, they do need to do a better job when packing their orders as two of the last 3 purchases were incorrect. A wrong sized and style of shirt caused me to have to take time out of my day to go and ship it back and then wait for a the correct order (nearly a month) to be shipped/received. The last order was missing a belt that was ordered. Another issue where I had to take the time to place a call and send an email. Do better with your packing OP!
