If I could give this less company less than 1 star I would. Customer Service is beyond appalling. Actually it doesn't exist. I recieved my order after almost 2 weeks and immediately opened and tried on my caftans. They looked utterly ridiculous but I thought ok this product is kind of like the junk you get via Temu but they're website and the card in my order stated returns and refunds could be made within 30 days of receiving your order. I have emailed them 6 times now and have only received 1 response to my email stating they needed photos of my items and a reason why I wasnt happy so they could improve their customer service. Once they got that info they would reach back out to me with further info. I have heard sweet FA from them. I have emailed them twice since and still zero response. So my recommendation to anyone considering purchasing their rubbish clothes is to save your hard earned money and shop elsewhere.

I’ve got three of these dresses, the short ones. I love them! They are very comfortable and cool to wear on the these hot steamy days we’re having here in Australia at the moment. I want to get 3 more long ones for the cooler months coming up, before the special ends❣️

I ordered 3 because it was buy 2 get one free They took approx 2 weeks to arrive. I , too am not sure where they are shipped from
I read the sizing guide on FB however found out later the shorter versions are smaller than the longer ones which in turn are smaller than the kaftans I think this should be clearer
I have washed all 3 and found a flaw on one so had to contact customer service This was dealt with quickly and efficiently , to my satisfaction
The fibre content label says cotton/ linen and feels more like viscose, however I am happy with this , however perhaps they should verify the material ?
I have ordered again on the basis of being satisfied with the initial order and how their customer service dealt with my query

Received my package of 3 caftans and am pleased with all 3 colours and patterns; one for winter (over a warm shirt or nightgown) and 2 for spring and summer; especially on hotter days. 😊

I purchased three of the shorter pocket dresses for my trip to the Caribbean. They were absolutely perfect for wearing to the beach and then also for going g to dinner! I washed all three after I got home and they washed beautifully. I highly recommend the short and the long caftans. Beautiful fabrics and prints. Great value for the money. I absolutely will purchase more in the future.

I was kept up to date on delivery and it arrived quickly into Canada. The fabric is soft flowy and doesn’t wrinkle too much and the pockets are perfect. I love to have deep pockets. Tempted to order another but then I’d have to get the free one and I’d have 4 caftans. Probably one too many.

I love love love these caftans. I ordered 3, gave one to my daughter then ordered 3 more summer weight. Now I am waiting for 3 more velvet for winter. They are roomy and so comfortable. I'm recently retired and wear them around the house and the warmer ones as bathrobes to watch tv in the evening. I have 8 now but might need more lol.

I purchased 3 of the shorter caftans and 3 longer caftans. The sorter ones are a little snug on me but the long ones fit well.

The caftans are beautiful! They fit amazing, keep me cool in the summer, are lovely for wearing around the house or on the go. I have 5 now and love them so much

The caftans were okay. I wish they came in more sizes than one fit. A larger size would be appreciated for women in the 3Xl-5XL range

The fit is better than I expected, as I am a larger lady (size 20 UK) - the caftans fit well, but look slimming. I love dresses with pockets. These are not large pockets, but big enough for a key card and a credit card.

Although it arrived on time it didn’t look exactly like the one I ordered

This is my second order. The caftans are lovely as shown. A bit long. I will have them shortened, as before. Soft and fit well otherwise!
My order was one day late. Customer Service responded immediately, was very supportive, promised to keep on top of my order until it arrived. Which it did.

Placed my order on 27/1 and have been expecting delivery by today only to be told order won’t arrive until 16/2. Not impressed and will not be ordering again.

I liked this product so much i ordered a second order I have proof of payment but cannot get them to acknowledge my order so don't deal with them
