My experience with this orthodontic treatment has been very disappointing. The treatment was intended solely to straighten my front teeth, and I was repeatedly assured that my bite would not be changed. However, during the process, it was altered, and the final result is a misaligned bite and teeth that are still not properly straightened.
After investing a significant amount of money, I now face the need to start another treatment to fix the very issues this treatment caused and to finally straighten my teeth, which was the original goal.
Additionally, the customer service was very poor. The guy from the company I spoke with on WhatsApp was at times rude and unpleasant, making the experience even more frustrating.
In short, a very negative experience both because of the treatment outcome and the customer service. I would not recommend it at all.
It is better to invest more money in a real professional from the start.

I can see a very long list of messages from your side and our replies to these.
You started the aligners in August 2024 and then informed us about moving to Spain. In October 2024 you booked an appointment and then canceled it the day before. From then on there hasn't been any more messages until your 1 star review from today.
It would have made more sense if you had contacted us about this prior to your review. So our dentist can see what needs to be done.
Of course you are welcome to contact us at any time and make a follow up appointment.

But, because the appoinemt before you was late, we had to send you a Whatsapp message at 09:55 for postponing your appointment to 11:15.
Please note that our appointments usually take 30-40 minutes (and are free).
You could not make it 30 mins later though so cancelled the appointment. Now you give us a 1-star review for this. That’s very unkind honestly.
Also note that we refunded the €1 for making the booking.

I’m very happy with the service. No unexpected costs or surprises. I had an L package that included everything: the scan, orthodontist appointments, whitening, which I liked. I know that other competitors have hidden costs, which is never pleasant once you’re committed. I had to redo my scan a couple more times to make sure that my teeth aligned perfectly at the end. After one year, my teeth are as straight as possible. Most people didn’t even notice that I wore aligners which made it a pleasant process. Thanks for Orthoclear. I would definitely recommend them. I am very happy with Orthoclear!
I am very happy with Orthoclear's service! I live in Belgium and had to travel to The Netherlands a few times, which was really easy to do. I highly recommend it, not only for people living in Netherlands but also in surrounding countries. I liked that I had the scan done in person instead of an imprint of my teeth, and I liked getting checkups with an orthodontist once every few months.

The dentist didn't think it was…
The dentist didn't think it was possible to align my teeth with the aligners so he didn't take the scan. His explanation was they don't want to take any risks. It makes sense, I was ok with that.
But I have seen worse similar cases on youtube that were possible with the aligners so I went to another company that already sent me the aligners. I'm really excited to start :)
9 months and 19 aligners later by DrSmile, my teeth are still amazing more than 2 years later ❤️
Also because both my front teeth were pushed forward by 5mm to create the space needed, my lips got fuller, which is such a nice extra bonus.

As for our approach: we focus primarily on aesthetic improvements and take a cautious, responsible stance when a case appears more complex. In situations like yours, we often refer people to orthodontists who can offer more advanced or longer treatments — sometimes involving aligners over a two-year period.
While it might feel disappointing not to start treatment with us, our aim is always to give honest advice and avoid starting a case we can’t complete to the highest standard.
